Very professional service. I got my keys duplicated from Home Depot, but they didn't work out. Came here after searching on yelp, got my keys duplicated here, worked out perfectly.

Place is a fraud. requested $215 to unlock a simple door. i told them that was ridiculous so they brought it down to 140$. took them 5 minutes, claimed my door "Was aluminum" which wasn't true. avoid avoid at all costs.

I've locked myself out of my vehicle a time or two but the experience I had with this company was by far the best one. The man who came and unlocked my van not only got to me within the hour but he was courteous and saved my day. I'm thinking that they have a customer for life!

A - Z Lock & Key, Rochester Hills, MI - This company is awful. Don't let the flashy web site and 30 years in business, "claim", fool you. They are ill-equipped, unprepared, and unable to perform a very simple lock out of a storm door tumbler. After waiting 90 minutes, the excuses were, "my batteries are dead in my drill", (I told him I could borrow a drill from my neighbor), then it was, "well my drill bits aren't sharp", then it was, "well it may not be the tumbler, and I can't fix it".

His solution was an offer to get a crow-bar, and pry open the door and door jam. I declined. I went to dinner, had a beer, and waited for the power outage to come back on and was able to use my garage door opener to finally get in the house. This may be the reason the owner doesn't list his name on his website with no direct contact information. So, you've been warned. Use A - Z Lock & Key at your own risk.

These guys were amazing. Super friendly and happy to help. Showed up in 20 minutes after 3 other locksmiths told me 3 hours. Cut a key for me after mine broke in half! Super reasonably-priced too!

Called to get a quote. Guy was extremely rude. He seemed to be in a rush and after barking questions at me and quoting me he asked if it was something I would like to set up. I told him I was going to call around to a few other places and he hung up on me! Going somewhere else, you're more than double the price of other places and can't even be bothered to be nice to people? Hard pass.

Asked for a quote to program a keyless entry remote for my car. Not only was the quote higher than the authorized vehicle dealership but I asked him to hold on for literally 10 seconds so I could go to a quiter place and after the call was over he goes "Jesus Christ" right before hanging up. What's with the attitude? Other reviews are correct, the people are in fact rude as hell.

He was well-equipped with all that was required for my job, was prompt, and very experienced in helping me to change locks on my front and back doors. It was an emergency for me and I appreciate the professionalism of this business. And, they are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Don came out the same day I called him, he was very pleasant to work with and did a great job! The price was also less than any other quotes I received. Highly recommend.
