Really honest work! I needed to get a car key programmed, and the dealer was going to charge me $250 for "an hour and a half of labor". I called another locksmith and got a $150-$200 quote, and then called ABC and they said they'd do it for $65 in a fraction of the time. The locksmith, Joseph, really seemed to care about providing value to his customers. I'll definitely be going back for all my locks!

I damaged my original Chevy key and had to get a duplicate. The dealership was charging me $300+ and another key place was charging me $250+.by far ABC locks and Key had the most affordable price under $150! I'm so glad I checked them out after googling places. The front desk receptionist was kind, the service was fast and easy. I was in and out. I definitely recommend this business for future keys. Hit them up!

Needed deadbolt holes drilled and installed, all deleted. Duban (sp?) did a great job, cleaned up after himself, was so polite, stayed masked the whole time, and so handsome to boot! He has to come back to do my front door (he is waiting for a special tool to be shipped), and i need a new key fob for my car but have to go into the shop for that one. I will use these guys time and time again, I would recommend him to anyone!

I don't like leaving a poor review for a business in my neighborhood. I came into the store and had about $80 worth of keys made for my business. He said if there was any problem he would drive out and fix them. About half of them worked and I reached out a few times and then I gave up on getting them remade. Extremely disappointed.

Fast and Professional Service! I called and requested a quote and one of their locksmith's were at my residence in less than 30 minutes and completed the job in around 15 minutes. Work looks great and he was friendly and courteous. Their work is also affordable. I highly recommend these guys. The job was done today.

Best locksmith in Nashville. Cheaper and faster than other companies. Yasir was very friendly and efficient when letting me back into my house. He even fixed one of my other locks for free. For context, another company told me 25 minutes, then delayed for another hour. When I called ABC, they said they could come in 20 minutes, and their quote was $20 cheaper!

We just purchased a house and wanted to change out our locks versus buying all new. So much cheaper for one but the guys were great getting us scheduled and set up quickly. The people before us gave their keys out to friends like passing out gum and we just didn't want to take a chance. We had service within a day and it didn't take long to change out 4 doors with deadbolts and locks. It was nice to have only one key for it all as well now too. Great service and response time!

This is absolutely the best company you can ever use. If you ever get locked out of your car, house, business or anything, call Yasir at abc lock & key. My name is Angela and my husband and I were at mapco not long ago and Yasir helped a woman who was upset locked out of her car from out of town get in her car... he was so nice and I was so moved by how he helped her that I ask for his name and business card...well today my husband locked our keys in our car and we called him and he was here in 15 minutes and unlocked our car.
I am so grateful and there couldn’t be a nicer man and a better company to call than Yasir at abc lock & key. We will never call anyone else and we recommend everyone use them. They are absolutely the best company and Yasir is the best guy to call.

This place is the best! I accidentally locked my husband and I out on our back porch and it was after 11:00PM. Yasir didn't have anymore technicians available, but offered to personally come and help us. Not only was it so kind of him to come so late in the night, but he was here in 20 minutes! Recently moved and needed the locks rekeyed. They responded quickly, had competitive pricing, and were able to get a tech out within the requested time frame. He showed up on time and was very professional. Unfortunately, he could not get the front door deadbolt chamber off and had to drill and replace the whole lock. All was good, but he did no clean up, leaving piles of wood and metal shavings which I had to sweep up. Would have been better if he cleaned up after the job but very good overall.

They couldn't get us in, but at least they didn't charge us. They quoted us $50 to get us in our house, and arrived in the time they said he would. We knew right away that he didn't know what he was doing when he started banging on the door repeatedly. We resolved the issue by him leaving and us borrowing a car to get our spare set of keys across town.

I am adding a star to my previous review because of the business owners commitment to follow up with me regarding my experience. He offered to refund me the transaction because he felt that I was unhappy by my review. This was not the case and I did not accept his offer. However, I cannot stress how nice it is to feel that these reviews hold importance for any business owner.
I personally feel that there is a tendency by users of Yelp to feel that ONLY 5 star reviews are good, I don't personally agree, but I do want to make it clear that ABC Lock & Key will make sure your experience is the very best one.

Tremendous experience with this company. I was traveling from out of town and lost my only set of keys to my car. I called after 5 p.m. and my call was immediately answered and within minutes I had a quote that was very reasonable to replace my keys. Hannah was very helpful and very courteous. I ended up finding out that I left my keys in my Uber that morning and was able to recover them. However I can highly recommend this company from my experience with them today

I had my car/house keys stolen last night. Called ABC lock and key this morning, was able to get a quote we agreed upon before they arrived, (have had to use a lock smith before and was surprised when looking at the invoice, many hidden charges I was not expecting.) They arrived very shortly after I got off the phone with them and quickly got into my car and replaced the key and fod.
While the car key was being reset, they went through and changed all four locks for the doors in my house. Service took maybe 30 minutes. Very impressed and relieved is was so easily resolved. Highly recommend ABC Lock and Key, amazing customer service and great price!

Absolutely top notch; Had a complicated problem with a programmable key that dealerships told me was going to take $200 to square up and Abou had me set and on my way at a quarter the price within half an hour. Me and my family went on a trip out of state and got my purse stolen which had my car keys in it . On March 5th we got to the airport and had abc lock and key meet us there and make the key for my Prius which wasn’t an easy task. We were there for almost 3 hours and they got it done for us ! I came back today to get my key carved and they even gave me an extra key . We can’t thank them enough for being there and being so professional and super polite . I Would recommend them to anyone!
