Accurate Security Pros

Does anybody ever answer the phone? I have been trying to get my alarm serviced because it is not working for months now and still no answer. I left multiple message and still no return call. I am still waiting on a call back to fix my alarm. Customer service is none existent because no one answers the phone or even calls you back.

I called in a panic, as I needed to secure some sensitive files. I needed a key for a file cabinet, and didn't have the originals. I told him the make and the number and he had one of the locksmiths make them, he gave me two variants, because we weren't sure and BAM. Accurate Security saved the weekend. They were very friendly and absolutely delivered on their promise.

Accurate recently did a job at my office. Our front door was basically locking people inside the building! We called Accurate for help who gave us a bid, reversed our door, added a push bar and overall fixed our issues! The guys worked hard from 9-12 with positive attitudes and smiling faces. We're grateful for the wonderful job they did, they're highly recommended.

I called because I had accidentally locked an inner door lock at work. Rob had a tech on the road immediately. 15 minutes later an employee had found a copy of the key. Since we got back to Rob quickly, he was able to cancel. I feel bad that we cancelled while the tech was on the road, but I'm amazed at the quality of customer service! The personnel at ASP Inc. are some of the best folks to deal with and I count on them for most all my work in the area. The only time we really don't use them is when they're too booked up helping all their other loyal customers. That doesn't happen often because they always seem to find a way to squeeze our work in. They're top notch and always on their A game.

Wow, Accurate Security Pros saved the day for our office. We had an incredible experience with this company today.
