I was so pleased with Alpha & Omega's service. I mixed up the times and thought they said 9-10am instead of what was actually scheduled; which was 9:30-10:30. We needed our new house re-keyed, and it was in the middle of a remodel and I took off work that day with my 15 month old waiting to meet the guy for the re-key. I called at exactly 10am asking where the key tech was at.
Being that I had my toddler in tow in basically a construction zone. Mike answered when I called and was so polite and professional. He said he would be there in 15 mins. He was there in 10 mins! He went right to work and had our whole house re-keyed in 30 mins! He was professional and a nice guy. He locks and re-key were great! He even flipped the lock to make it right side up so you don't have to flip the key for the knob. Thanks Alpha and Omega. One pleased mom here. Thanks for making it easy. Highly recommend Mike. He was awesome.

Very honest and professional.michael went above and beyond to help me produce a duplicate key on my vehicle in fact we ran into a problem later at night and on his own time came out to fix what may have been an after market alarm error on my truck I highly recommend this company for their outstanding service. These guys are great! I had lost my mailbox key and kinda freaked out. Once I realized I wouldn't have to deal with the post office, I yelped "locksmith" and Alpha & Omega Lock & Key popped up. 5 stars/27 reviews? I'm in! I called and they came out to my house within 1.5 hours. Mikey was very courteous and helpful and he completed the work in less than 30 minutes. If you need any lock and key work done, call these guys. You'll thank me later.

Interacted with owner and Galen and all locks were changed. In the final check (situation re-enactment) we found other locks in need of changing, as some doors need two keys to enter. Once we became aware of this issue I called and within ten (10) minutes Galen came out and remedied the problem at no additional charge. I am grateful for the excellent service and electronic education.
All lock and key services included sets of keys, as far as the electronic locks that is another matter---Galen said it's a new military technology at the level of "above top secret" or alien knowledge. Thanks Galen!
