This is for Steve the locksmith, when I say Steve is amazing and very helpful all of the Locksmith guys are helpful with this company but I'm writing this for Steve because he was the one who helped me he was able to get my keys out of my truck in under 15 minutes I have a BMW I called the place I got my car from I even called the BMW dealership what amazing customer service they have everything was perfect thank you so much Steve and Mike I will definitely be in touch and letting everyone know to call you guys if they need anything!

I lost my Cadillac keys, the Dealership quoted me $700 plus I would need to tow the car and wait 3 days. I called American Best locksmith and 25 min later arrives and 15 minutes later he had a new smart key fob programmed to the car and he through another manual door key in for free. All for way less than what the dealer quoted me. Quick, reliable, and very professional. Definitely will use again

This company is the absolute best! I lost the fob to my car, and spent countless hours calling Kia's roadside assistance (which was NO help). I called multiple locksmiths- no one could help with the model of my car. I called American Best Locksmith, and they really are the best. Michael arrived within 20 minutes, and made a fob for my car. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. If you ever need a locksmith, call them; Michael truly saved the day.

I used Mike to replace a fob after our key was stolen. It was a holiday. Mike showed up quickly. He was very competent. Knew exactly what needed to happen and did it efficiently. He was less expensive than the locksmith AAA tried to recommend and way more responsive. Easy to communicate with. Great all around experience.

Here's why I highly recommend American Best Locksmith: -Reaching out to them was extremely easy. Sent a message through Google on a Sunday night and they replied almost instantly and arranged for quick service with a locksmith. It was so quick I actually thought it was an automated service but I could tell based on their response that it was an actual person. -The locksmith was prompt, professional, polite and highly skilled.
They had no problem performing complex locksmith work for us. We had to change locks on 4 doors and wanted two sets of matching keys for inner and outer doors and it was no problem for the locksmith. -Excellent customer service. The locksmith had to drill through a door and it caused some dust to fall on the floor. He asked for a vacuum cleaner to clean up the dust.
I've never seen a repairman ever ask to vacuum up a mess they caused. Given that time is money, most repairmen want to quickly move on to the next customer. This shows just how dedicated their locksmiths are to maintaining excellent customer service. So glad to have found this business. Will keep their information on file for any future jobs.

I had lost my key fob to my vehicle, and started calling around for estimates. All the other places were estimating outrages prices. Called American Best Locksmith and they quoted the best price. I set up the appointment for them to come out and they were punctual, very professional and reasonably priced. The locksmith that came out to me was courteous and professional and literally did the job in 10 minutes. I was very impressed and will recommend them to anyone.

I was locked out of my car the other night and it was late. I just wanted to get home to go to bed. I looked up a local locksmith and surprisingly they were open. They were very polite and assured me a tech would be to me soon. No longer than 15 minutes he pulled up and got me into my car in no time. I was very happy to get back in my car and get home.

I called to have a lock fixed and Eugene the technican came to my home in 45 minutes which was fast. He immediately assessed the issue and was able to change my lock quickly. He did all of this quietly as I was on a conference with my job. He also was able to allow me to keep the same key I previously had and he told me a little history about my lock. Lost my keys to my Lexus and needed a brand new key cut which from what I was told is an involved process with this particular model car. The local Lexus dealers as well as the local lock smiths wanted double then what American Best Locksmith charged. The technician Mike not only came from way out to my work place, but did not charge me anything over what was initially discussed.
He also was gracious enough to make me a spare for no additional price. It took him no more than a half hour in the rain. There were no issues and he was in and out. Very professional, and to add gave me the signature Lexus key made for the car along with the alarm remote. I wish more services were as good as what American Best Locksmith provided.
