Needed assistance with a mailbox kiosk and Anchor Security responded. Technician was professional, quick and efficient. Provided a quote onsite and their price was very reasonable. They accepted a credit card onsite, which was also very helpful. The Technician even cleaned up around their work area prior to leaving. That to me was a special touch. Will definitely use them again.

I have owned my own business in huntersville for eight years. I pass anchor security and locksmith a lot. Never used there services till now. I lost my keys to my boat and had an upcoming rental on it. I took the ignition switches in to get new keys made. Great customer service and quick turnaround time. I will definitely use their services again and refer my own customers to them!

We had the locks changed on 4 doors in our house. They installed the new hardware and rekeyed the locks to match. We needed two of the door alignments adjusted as well. The service was great! They were on time, professional, and knowledgable. Price was solid too. Would definitely recommend.

This is a really good locksmith, they are able to cut T5 titanium key for my 1993 Nissan Skyline GTR. I called 2 other locksmith and they wouldnt even attemtp to cut the key. The shop is full of safe and various locks. Commercial or residential they know it. I highly recommend calling them for any locksmith question you have. You can get keys cut with a machine but not many can still cut by hand with precision. Take a look at the keys they cut for me.

I have a VERY RARE key cylinder for a classic car. What I thought would be really difficult work, dissembling and keying, they perfectly solved in 30 minutes. I was shocked and very happy I went here first! Also really nice people with a really cool assortment of items on the show floor! I'll go here every time!

I needed an extra key cut for my car, and emailed Anchor for a quote after coming across their website on Google. The owner, Jason, responded in less than an hour with a competitive price. I stopped by the next day (today) to have it cut, and the employees couldn't have been friendlier. I was in and out within ten minutes, and Jason even gave me a code with which I can have additional keys made in the future if I ever lose mine. On all accounts, this seems to be a well-run business and one I can recommend without hesitation.

Anchor came to my rescue when I was locked out with my dog locked inside. They made my job a priority when they found out about the dog. Everyone I encountered at Anchor on the phone or in person was kind, professional and committed to helping me. So very happy to have this local business in my community!

These guys know their business and they know how to treat a customer. We had two transactions with them. One was when an inconsiderate house staff mailed us a key in a flimsy envelope and when we receive the envelope it was just empty with a hole in it. Now we needed to change all the locks on the doors for security purposes. The young guy who came out from anchor was mild-mannered and professional and worked quickly in an organized fashion and was very tolerant of me and my homeschooled children asking 100 questions about the process and all his shiny tools.

The second situation we had was when for some bizarre reason the linen closet door locked itself. We dissected the front of the doorknob and then were at a loss. We called Anchor and within five minutes the friendly man on the phone, Stuart, talked us through a quick fix. He could've simply scheduled us into his appointments, then charged us for him to come out but instead he attempted to let us get it done at home saving us a lot of time and money. We did, my kids were thrilled and promptly reassembled the doorknob, we all had a great feeling and Anchor has loyal satisfied blabbermouth customers!
