Late...misleading...unprofessional.
I called YESTERDAY to schedule an appointment this morning to have door locks changed at a shopping center - basically to lock out a tenant who owes the landlord a lot of money. The locksmith was ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATE!!! So what happened? He drilled out one lock and then the tenant happened to pull up to open her store. So I had to PAY the locksmith to install a new lock and hand the keys to the tenant. In summary, I wasted two hours of my life, paid $150 for nothing (after fighting for a discount), and now the landlord still has a tenant in a store that's not paying rent. And to top it all off, the guy NEVER APOLOGIZED to me one time!?!

I read other reviews and they are correct. The locksmith that comes out doesn't actually work for this company. He was an independent guy with no signs on truck, no uniform, no biz cards and probably no insurance. They mislead you on the MANY MANY WEBSITES they have, including LawrencvilleGaLocksmith.com. They aren't actually in Lawrenceville and they are NOT the "best choice" when it comes to the "fastest and most reliable locksmith services" as written word for word on their website.

My advice is that you not only go elsewhere, but make sure the locksmith you're getting is actually an employee of the company you're calling...otherwise you might as well as pull a random person off the street and let him/her into your home.

Big red flag - they have you pay the individual who does the work directly in their name - not to the business, but you don't find that out until time to pay when the work is done. The rep, although friendly, shows up in a regular car with no uniform or identification - the invoice doesn't show any business name either. Although they did respond quickly and when they said they would, they were expensive, left a big mess, left me with a lock that is faulty and will probably need to be replaced immediately as well as another deadbolt that was re-keyed and the new key will barely open the door - almost broke the key trying to get the lock to turn - so again will probably need to be redone. Overall very unhappy with the work but will not be calling them about concerns - will go elsewhere.

It took them about 40 minutes to come out. They used an air wedge and charged $125 total.

They charged double the amount they quoted me initially. They left trash in the house. They took forever, used low quality locks, and didn't do all of the doors they were supposed to do.

Horrible, first they were extremely late for the appointment and then keyed all the keys incorrectly. They only left one key for the whole house. We had to have all new keys made for the whole house. Called them (David) to let them know what they had done wrong and they hung up on me. They never called me back and never corrected the problem. They also tried to triple the quoted price once they got on the job. Buyers be ware.
