I'm sure these guys are on the up-and-up until they find someone that can take advantage of them. They just did that to my daughter in Bowling Green. She called me upset because the guy would not even answer her question about how much it was going to cost until he started cutting a lock and then he told her $95. About an hour later I called them and told them I also had a storage unit that I was having trouble with a lock and he told me $60. That's the truth. I told him what I thought about him. I would never use this locksmith if I were any of you people

I love how igor is the only guy that knows how to actually do his job, and knows how he helped me with the problem of the other guy that sold me a key that's not even useful to my car. Thank you igor for helping us out with the remote in pouring rain! If I was to call back the company I would loved it to be igor only he knows how to do his job and he has perfect communication! I wouldn't call this locksmith again and the only reason I did was because of the Google reviews. I was told 30 to 45 minutes which was then changed to 20 which then led to me having to wait an hour for another company to come and lock my door. When I called to get a realistic time frame I was hung up on in my car was never returned. I will give them zero Stars if that was a choice very unprofessional unrealistic time frame and I should have picked a different company instead of a locksmith that would just pass me to the next company. Still waiting

I lost both of my key fobs to my Land Rover. I called everywhere (Lexington, Somerset, and Bowling Green) trying to get keys done. Tim at BG Locksmith was the only one who had the equipment besides LandRover Nashville or LandRover Louisville. He was out here in 48 hours at 80+ miles away (obviously for an extra but reasonable charge). All in all, I have both keys completely replaced and back in business for way less than the dealer was going to charge me to tow my car to them. I would highly recommend BG Locksmith!

Locked my keys in my trunk on an early Saturday morning but they were quick to respond. They told me it would be 20 minutes to get here but got here before the estimated time. He then proceeded to unlock my car in seconds and made me a copy in minutes. Great, quick, and quality service. I highly recommend them.
