Cynthia is a very pleasant salesperson, she patiently took time to listen my description of a special cabinet hinge, that will be a special order.

I was blown away. These people are on a mission to help people. Clearly, in the service of others. Grateful to make the connection. Real, honest and genuine down to earth folks. They have been serving the community for over 40 years, I hope they will be around for another 40. Good people all around. I wish them continued success. Oh, and by the way, thanks for getting me keys for my 1972 Volvo. No one else would even try. I love you guys.

Locked myself out of the house yesterday with a few bags of groceries in the car (90 degree temperature). I called Bullet and in less than 15 minutes a locksmith was at my door and opened the door and installed a new doorknob that I also requested. Very curteous, prompt and knowledgable service.

I was having an issue with the latch/ lock on an exterior door. These guys evaluated the the assembly and explained that the issue was with the way my strike plate was installed and explained how to fix it. All their time and expertise cost me $0.00! I have made purchases in the past, and surely will be back when the need arises. Bullet Lock ROCKS!

I have had a truly wonderful experience with Bullet, especially with Cythia. She is a great resource with an extensive background in architecture and years of experience with locks, and she helped my husband and I come up with a hardware plan for our home remodel in a very organized manner, door by door. She doesn't miss a step; knobs, strike plates, stops, finish, she covered everything.

We feel fortunate that we were able to work with her. The rest of the team at Bullet was professional and their installers were knowledgable and skilled. We highly recommend them and will use them in the future if ever necessary.

Recently purchased a vintage Danish cabinet that needed to be unlocked and re-keyed. The folks at Bullet were able to unlock the cabinet without damaging it and make me a new key for a VERY reasonable price. Every person I've ever dealt with here is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. These guys are truly the best of the best.
