I work for a maintenance company and was referred by a reputable locksmith I work with regularly that was too far away to assist. The person who picked up the phone would not allow me to talk and stated he wouldn't do work for me and if he did wouldn't even know when he could do it. Super odd way of conducting business.

A very professional and kind gentleman helped me. I needed a Honda Motorcycle key duplicated, and I visited over 5 different locksmiths, and nobody could help me or direct me to who could do the job for me. The duplication charges were pricey though. $45 for labor, and I had spent $35 for the OEM blank. It was an expensive duplicate for sure.

Not only were you greeted with a smile and a calm and helpful manner, but their inventory is impressive. The store is clean, items well displayed, and twice I needed special help and I had to leave a key and then it was a lock and I was called within three hours that they were both ready. Fast, accurate, and exceptional work! Highly recommend!

These guys are good at making keys but in my experience on more than one occasion, they seem to prefer work that is convenient for them rather than the customer. They would not help unlock a dresser or a hitch that was locked to my truck. A locksmith in Darien looked at it right away. I'll continue to go there for keys when I'm not near a Home Depot.
