Rude, condescending, demeaning, inappropriate. Just awful. I called for a simple inquiry and was met with rudeness and a lecture provided in a pedantic and superior tone. Blatant disrespect. I am appalled.

Had a commercial grade lock that needed extra keys. Service was quick with 5 keys cut within 10 min.

Have used their services twice now very professional informative and happy to help.

After purchasing a new house, we decide to replace our old doors and locks with new electric doors and locks. Daniel gave us an estimate that was very inexpensive as compared to other locksmiths. He completed the work in few days and kept us aware about the progress continuously. I am extremely happy with his services.

Citywide Locksmiths are exceptionally responsive. Their service is excellent and they are honest, trustworthy and pleasant. In one instance a family member visiting the familial home in Toronto needed to make an international flight but was unable to lock the front door securely. Turns out the lock was worn out. Citywide replaced the lock and configured it so the existing keys worked and the international flight was made successfully.

Very recently, I needed some help with hardware for doors to a backyard deck. With Chris Denure's thoroughly knowledgeable and professional help I was able to order the correct replacement hardware, remove the old hardware and install the new hardware successfully. Chris even provided the right strike plate at no charge. Thank you Citywide!

The technician showed up on time. He waited at least 10 mins for me to get home and I wasn't charged extra. I really appreciated that. He was friendly & professional & he wore a mask. which is a must now. The owner & staff of Citywide Locksmiths are amazing. I will definitely use their services again & also recommend them.

Great experience working with this guys. Excellent service and quality. Definitely recommending. To be honest very surprised that there is some bad reviews here. I guess competitors working hard to ruin the image of this company. Thank you guys for your service will definitely call you guys back in future.

.Absolutely lack of manner and not professional at all! I spoke to Danny, probably the owner of the store, no education, does not know how to talk to a client and extremely rude person. They have come in three occasion for the same issue and always charged for something different. Called for a job they did last year, to find out if it was still under warranty and started to scream at me and told me not to call them back. (For sure I am never going to call them back). Definitely, no manners, no knowledge of what they are doing and no education, I will never recommend them.

We used Citywide for our whole house, top to bottom a few years ago. They were extremely knowledgeable on every level of service, from choosing the right hardware for the right application, to installation. Even now, if we need any kind of service or repair, they are immediately available to us. I wouldn't go anywhere else or use anyone else for my locksmith needs.

We just replaced our kitchen hardware, and they ordered everything for us in a timely manner. When we opened a couple of handles, they were defective. Citywide replaced them immediately. Quick and easy.
