This is where I go for any key issues. If the shop is not open, I just give a call. This time, i broke a key in a lock. He was able to come extract the broken tip of the key from the lock. I took the little piece to him at the shop later and he made a perfect copy. Always great expertise and easy to contact.

It was the last week of April when I stopped in looking to get 3 keys copied - one for a storage cabinet and two for padlocks. I was told that he didn't have the correct blanks in stock, but should have them within a few days (likely by the weekend). When I returned on Monday, he told me he had forgotten which blanks were needed. This time he wrote down the information he needed - including my contact info (after I asked when I should come back) - promising he would call when he had the blanks.

That was the first week of May and it's now the second week of June - just about 6 weeks have passed and I haven't heard from him. Fortunately I was able to find another place to get the keys copied.

I've used Mark a few times now and once you've figured out he may not be in the store during the entire day (one man shop and is out doing service calls during part of it), everything works smoothly and successfully. He is very responsive to phone calls and if he doesn't pick up right away; he'll get right back to you. I had an older funky door in Wrentham that Mark installed a new Emtek electronic lock.

It was not locking perfectly (door problem not lock), but Mark spent some time to try to figure out what he could do to make it lock correctly, came up with a solutions, came back to the house later and successfully made it work as it was designed to. In the end, Mark is very responsive, professional and polite. I look forward to using him again and again.

Mark came the same day I called to request rekeying, showed up at the beginning of the appoint window, and was FAST. He was super friendly and was happy to oblige an additional request to examine an old broken latch. I highly recommend!

I went to 4 different key cutters before I finally I came across Cobbs in NA. They were the first guys I found in the area to have my bike's blank in stock. Subsequently I bought the last Yamaha blank they had in stock at the time. Cut on the spot in less than 5 minutes. Quick, hassle free, inexpensive, and new key fits better than original! Would recommend!
