Needed new locks after previous tenants moved out. My safety was in jeopardy and every other locksmith quoted at least 4days. Crecom made it out within the hour with great price. James from Crecom quickly came out to my house to repair a broken front door lever. He assessed the problem, thoroughly explained the needed repair and quoted me a fair price to repair the lever, before doing any work. I was very pleased his professionalism and ability to quickly repair the issue!

Very fast and professional service. Easy to work with. James was amazing, I called him in the morning to rekey my whole house, and he was done before noon. I would definitely recommend James to friends and family.

James arrived on time, and he took about 45 mins to complete the job. He did excellent work and was very polite. I feel his price was very reasonable and would use his services again in the future.

I've lived on this planet for 47 years without ever needing to call a locksmith, but when I found myself locked out of my new home, it was my only option. I had no idea what to expect and was a little apprehensive. James Kim arrived immediately, surprising me since I figured it would be a very long wait. He grabbed his bag of tools, set to work right away, and had me back in my house in less than 10 minutes.

He then checked my ID to be sure that he let me into my own home, which I appreciated. I paid the bill, which was much lower than I anticipated. Then he was on his way and I was safely and happily back inside my house. It was a very fast and easy experience, and James Kim was polite and professional. I will be calling him again in the future when I decide to change my locks.

James did an excellent job getting into existing locks that we did not have keys for. He replaced everything with brand new locks, keyed alike to reduce the number of keys needed. He went above and beyond to try to open some of the more difficult locks. James is an excellent locksmith and truly cares about his work. I would highly recommend his company.
