I wish there was an option to have zero star review. This guy charged us $140, but didn't fix the issue with our door. When we called him several times, he came back and said I can break your door and give you your money back if that's what we want. Not even once did he mention that a part was broken with the door

Very professional locksmith service. They are the best in the area. I was locked out of my car and the technician got to me as quickly as possible given it was rush hour traffic. Had a couple of key fobs made, the type where the key swings out like a switch blade with the push of a button. While the guy was making the 2nd key I tested the new key and one of the buttons didn't work. He had to make another key using up another fob. For the cost of everything I felt the fobs could have been of better quality. The switch blade action is faulty on both the fobs. You press the button and it won't swing open fully. You have to grab the key and pry it open.

Let me start by saying what a ridiculous business ethic this person has. The store is supposed to open at 9am and it was still closed at 11.30am when I got there. I called the owner and he told me that he would be there in 20min. He sounded very unprofessional over the phone. I waited 25 minutes and called him back as he was not there yet. He told me he would be there in 5min; I waited 15min and called him twice, but he never showed up and never answered his phone.
I can't speak to his work as I never got to meet him, but his work ethic tells me a lot about his work. I'll make sure all my friends and family stay away from this business to avoid wasting 45min of their life.

The employee didn't even let me in. He was too busy on the phone laughing. EDIT: The business owner also seems to lack professionalism saying I fit a BOLO description (not knowing what I look like) just to cover for his employees wrong doing. I arrived at the business at 1:00 p.m. (bright and cloudy day, business still open) this is quite disappointing.

Hands down the best locksmith service at a reliable price! I left my keys inside my car and couldn't open it to save my life. Called these guys and the guy told me to be there at 10am and he was there before we arrived at 9:55. Very professional and punctual. Even was able to get a copy of my car key. If ever in need definitely give them a call!
