These guys are great! Super easy to make an appointment, and they rekeyed my new place no problem. I've never used a locksmith before so don't know if this is a standard thing, but I was really impressed that they used a level to make sure my giant trim plates were reinstalled perfectly straight!

My organization was unexpectedly in need of professional lock services on a commercial building in Hudson and Dependable Lock Service was there to address our needs on time and worked quickly and professionally.

They changed the locks including an exterior padlock and even came back at night with the lock and another day with extra keys we realized we needed for our fire department Knox box and others. Used these guys multiple times. Fast, relatively cheap, good place. They weren't open this morning when I needed them first, but when the National guys had me sitting around for 40+ to hear from dispatch, and claim that their drivers have tried to call me, while still telling me to stay by my phone. Never get a call. Call them half an hour after dispatch, he's "nearby". Get a call from someone who is still *half an hour away*. Call these guys, tell me 15 minutes and I believe em.

Called these guys to get the deadbolt on my house fixed or replaced if necessary. They had me email a couple pictures and then gave me advice on how to make it work before sending a truck out. they could have easily come out and charged me for a service call. Whenever I need a locksmith, they will get my business.

My dog chewed on my key, thankfully it was still working to drive my 2014 ram 2500. They fixed my old fob and I got a second one duplicated for $200 total. Much cheaper than dealer prices! The job was accomplished in 15 min. And the owner who took care of the work was very professional and very friendly. I encourage anyone to go there, they deserve our support. Contacted and spoke with a representative over the phone and requested a replacement key for a Nissan Rogue. The representative said they had two key solutions one for $175 the other for $75. I told the representative I would like to purchase the $75 option and that I would drive down and pick up the key in the next hour. I then drove 45 minutes to the their store and was greeted at the counter by a sales person who then referred to me the person I spoke with on the phone.

The person on the phone then confirmed what I wanted and then presented the $75 key at the counter; he then proceeded to tell me that he was sorry but the $75 key I wanted wouldn't work with my car and that the only option I had was the more expensive $175 key. He said he wasn't trying to pull a bait and switch on me but that was just the way it was.

The next I know I was told to "MOVE A SIDE " so they could hep another customer. I had done business in the past with these folks and was shocked at the unprofessional treatment I received. I just wanted to buy a key at responsible price and be valued as customer. instead I was presented with higher priced option and told to Move A Side. What a disappointment. Would not recommend.

They offer to come unlock my door for $145. Could've kicked the door down and replace the lock myself for that price.

Called on a Friday after closing on a home in Merrimack. Doug was on time Saturday afternoon and promptly re-keyed all doors in the home. He was friendly, punctual and efficient. The fee was reasonable and we'll definitely be using their services again.

These guys are great to do business with. For my purchase and delivery they clearly went above and beyond my expectations which I find a rarity today. I will definitely do business with them again and will recommend them to others in the future.

I was very pleased with the quick service Dependable Lock was able to provide. The technician was very courteous of my home (floors) and even oiled my screen door! The computerized lock on my safe failed and I was frantic! Bill came and quickly assessed the situation, managed to open the safe on its last gasp and promptly replaced the lock. I'm so pleased with their service! I highly recommend them!

I can't image a more customer friendly business providing great service. Was visiting in Londonderry last week, when i realized it was only a matter of time until my grandson locked Momma out of their new house. The interior garage/mudroom door didn't have a key. Called several locksmiths in the area and they were either mobile only, on vacation, or simply not answering the phone. Called Dependable Lock and was assured they could make a key to fit the lock.

I removed the doorknob with the lock, and drove down to Dependable, who immediately took the lock and started to work on it. After five minutes, I was asked if I'd like the lock made to accept the regular house key. 15-20 minutes later I was driving back with a door lock keyed to match the other doors. (and a spare key). Great price and worth the 20 minute drive. Will do it again if need be.

Just used Dependable Lock to replace a lost fob for my car. They were very friendly, helpful, and it was less than an hour from the time I called Triple AAA to being all set with my new key. Much cheaper than using the dealership. A++!

So I was just about ready to pick my six year old up from school this past Wed, with no time to spare. Well wouldn't you know I locked my keys in my car while it was running at home. I called Dependable and they said they would have someone out soon. The person that came out ( wish I caught his name) was there and gone in 10 minutes and I made it to my sons school on time. Great all around experience for me, and if I need a locksmith company in the future I will definitely use them.

Had an odd issue for Dependable Lock, I had two large suitcases with built in combo locks that were stuck! The combination was not the issue, the lock was physically jammed. They were kind enough to take the luggage in, test it out to see if they could fix them and it worked! They were also kind enough to set the combinations for me so that I didn't have to worry. I felt the service charge was fair and they were able to complete the service in one day even though I was a random drop in. Thank you to the staff at Dependable Lock!

Locked my keys in my car while I was in downtown Nashua at Granite State Credit Union and parked at a meter with only so much time left. I also knew that I needed to be back at work within 30 minutes so I couldn't wait for someone to bring me my spare key as I would have gotten a ticket from the city and would have been late getting back. I called Dependable Lock Service and they were at my car within 10 minutes and had it unlocked almost instantly.

They quoted me $90 over the phone but the driver showed up and said it was $79. I gave him the $90 anyway due to the situation and he most likely stopped what he was doing to come get my car opened. It was worth the money spent that day and I got back to work on time! I would definitely call them if I needed any sort of lock picking service again and I was in the area. THANK YOU!

Great bunch of guys, helpful, and reasonably priced. I needed a key for my front door and brought the lock so they could make one for me. As it turns out, this wasn't a typical, standard, run-of-the-mill lock but some screwy kind of device that needed the original key and a special tool in order to re-key it. Ben took the time to work on the lock and managed to identify a key for the lock. It cost me a little more that expected but he saved the lock and provided me with 4 keys for $30. They also have a good selection of safes and related items.
