They came to our storage unit to cut off a disc lock because hubby lost the key. He was prompt, courteous, and affordable! $75 to cut the lock off with a disc cutter. Thanks Bruce!

They would not help get my keys out of car because of covid. People still lock there keys in the car.

I know that anytime you are dealing with being "locked out" and have someone jump in and help that they automatically seem terrific but this place really is. On vacation our car had an ignition problem that I did not have the tools to handle. I called around a bunch and started with some companies that had some amazing ratings but they were all bust :) too busy, too rude, too shady.

These guys were very clear and polite when speaking on the phone, and let me know what to expect in the cost involved and they gave me a clear timeline of when they'd be arriving. When they showed up (on time) the technician was great. It went right to work fixing the problem what's polite courteous and professional. He even offered me a solution which was better than the original and would prevent me from having problems in the future. Sure it did cost a little bit of money but the fee was reasonable. Highly recommend these guys if you need help please call them not the others.

Went to get a new key fob for my Suburban. The employee didn't seem to know how to do it and when finally quoting the price, I might have gasped. I went somewhere else and paid much less. Probably a great place, but I'll probably go somewhere else for future key fob needs.

This place and its cohorts are unbelievably awesome. Just had them rebuild the ignition lock cylinder in my 99 Toyota Solara. i called around to multiple shops in town and they all told me the ignition needed to be replaced and the cost would be an arm and a leg. I then called desert locksmith and talked with Benny, the lady knows her stuff! As soon as i told her what was going on she told me what she believed the problem was and what she would do to fix it.

She told me to come in and she would get it resolved for me. Not only did she resolve my cars ignition problems, she made it so that this issue will never come up again. ALL WHILE CHARGING ME LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT ALL THE OTHER SHOPS IN TOWN QUOTED ME. Look, they are the best locksmith in town hands down. Don't go anywhere else, go here.

Wanted to use local business Called to get quote on replacement Car key with transponder Was told no guarantee it would work $ 65 if it worked 35 if it did not work! Are you kidding me? Called another key outfit they quoted $50 guaranteed to work 5 min and it was done

This is the second time I've come out during normal business hours and they haven't been open, with no notice of why or for how long. I really want their help specifically, because they're right near my house, I need my car keys originated, and I don't have the money to pay for the cost of coming out if I don't need to, but alas.

Liz, Benny, they are the best in the biz! Really, they have come to my pathetic rescue many times! Bless them! Oh, by the way, these are two women who do more the work than I've ever seen, and I'm a female who is a concrete finisher.they work their asses off! Lol!

Saved my car. I have an 80s Mercedes Benz that I was stuggling to get fixed because the dealer didn't want to deal with it. I was forwarded to them by a repair shop in town. I called and was told it wasn't something they normally deal with but they would be willing to check it out. Turned out to be a worn ignition and key. They got the parts and fixed it, even made sure it was the same key. Probably saved me thousands.

Dallas, Joe, and Vince do incredible work. Helped me with a big project at my house and my safe and did great work on my car. Would use them again

I had them complete a re-keying job on a house. The young man who completed the job was very pleasant and professional. He listened to what I needed done and completed the job quickly and with a smile on his face. I will continue to use their services in the future.

In looking for a reputable locksmith I wanted to "feel safe" after rekeying all our home locks. So I looked on-line and found Desert Locksmiths and all the good comments/ratings. When I called to inquire about service, I was treated like an "important person" to be taken care of immediately. This is a rare and very pleasant surprise unlike so many business who are too busy, etc.

We were immediately scheduled for the appointment, even though we live in Minden (an hour away from them); I believe the lady who came out to do the job was Benny. She was kind, helpful and went beyond just rekeying by making our door easier to open. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for any of the services provided. Wow! Fast and friendly. The dispatcher was able to get someone out right away, and they unlocked our locked door in less than 5 minutes. Awesome.

Called and not only was the price higher than the dealership which is usually the highest price out there, the guy was rude and his attitude was too hummmm how do I find a nice word. Found several others to program keyless remotes for a lot less and while they all let you know that they cannot guarantee that the remote will work and you still have to pay for the programming since you did not buy from them, they did it in a way that you felt like taking the risk with them... need people skills.

I know that everyone wants you to buy the product from them and they have to charge for their time and service but make me want to come to you instead of traveling farther away.
