Called to see if they have a physical storefront as I am looking for a certain type of keychain. Gentleman answers and didn't understand. I tell him I want to look for a keychain and want to make sure they are a physical store. He says they are, but he doesn't know what kind of keychain I want so I should come to the store. So, I then start to tell him the kind of keychain I want and he immediately cuts me off telling me he has customers in front of him he needs to tend to. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great Service! Good prices. The gentleman was going to take his lunch when I called in. then minutes away. he said "no problem I'll wait for you".

My wife got her car key bent out of shape and it wouldn't fit so she panicked and called some locksmith to get her a new key but a day after it started causing the alarm to go off for no reason so we called him back but he was asking my wife to meet him off site and somewhere far so my wife refused to go and he wouldn't come to us although his business was not far from us. Turns out this guy doesn't have a business and the website was fake and his phone number was no longer working.

I told my wife we will go to Elie's and once I called him he verified that the guy she called would not be found because they buy a new phone and just go from one place to another ripping people off. Elie's where honest and professional they got the original key fixed straight and didn't charge anything. I also got my car key batteries exchanged because they were going out and they did it quickly. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends.

This is a great Lock Shop! What a great variety of inventory, just about anything you can imagine associated with locks. Very friendly, and very well-trained. He fixed my lock while he was standing there talking to me. Reasonable prices, and he got the job done right. I highly recommend them!

I misplaced the fob for my SUV and had to get a new one, which required programming. I was referred to Elie's Lock and Key by our mechanic. Thankfully, Arthur was so nice and helpful to get me going with a new one right away! I brought my car in at 11am and he had it finished by noon. The pricing was very reasonable, and he was kind and friendly to me. I very much appreciate his professionalism and will go back if i need anything. *****
