I have used this company 2 times in the past 2 months, due to my own Negligence of locking my keys in my. I am a loyal aaa member but, Forever Sacure has come through for me better then aaa! The price is good and fair, when giving an ETA they have been dead on. Which I know is hard to do with traffic. The people that have come have been very nice. I can't thank you enough for all your help. Note: this is a review given by a "Karen" I give them two thumbs up .

Outstanding costumer service! AAA+ Very proper and respectful people. I had an incident were I had to reprogram my keys for my car and to be honest. I didn't expect them to take care of me at the time I went there but they sure did and not only that but we had a nice chat while I was waiting for my keys to be done. Friendly people that makes you feel right!

I drive a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman, and let me tell you, any maintenance with them is always complicated. So complicated in fact, that I tried ten different locksmiths before finding one brave enough to work on Minis. I am so grateful that I found Forever Secure. I prefer to shop small, which can be tough when Orlando is full of big brands, and few independent retailers.

My daughter needed to have a locksmith to re-key the locks on her new home. She got only one return call and the estimate was outrageous. I put out a request through the BBB site and Jenn immediately contacted me, gave a fair estimate, and worked with our schedules to make it happen. The work was completed to our complete satisfaction. Came in with these keys broken and unable to turn my car on.and lemme tell you Jennifer and Alex took my old un usable keys and ews box and programmed and cut me a key came in no hope and sad and now im happy and with my working keys! Super reasonable pricing and very very knowledgeable. Family business and with me they will have a customer for life even though its a long drive from me in east orlando i will do it every time i need one.

We had a Ford F150 key with a cracked microchip. We were at home, and it wasn't an emergency, but the dealership wasn't open as it was the weekend. We set up an appointment with Forever Secure, for late Sunday afternoon and could not have had a better experience (made us very happy that we hadn't gone to the dealership!). Very knowledgeable technician, communication (both on the phone and in person) was fantastic, and, despite a few unforeseen issues, the key was cut and programmed in no time!
All for an incredibly reasonable price. If you are in Central Florida and find yourself in need of a locksmith, I would highly recommend Forever Secure. If you are anywhere else, I hope that you can find someone even half as good.
