General Locksmith

My keys decided to come off the key holder in the middle of walmart today and I didn't notice until they were locked in there. Charlie offered his help and was so nice! The price was reasonable and it was such an easy process. Hopefully I don't go through this again, but if I do I know I can count on them!

Excellent service, very attentive, came ASAP when I called it was not an easy job and I was having a really bad day. After he came everything was solved promptly and his amazing attitude changed my whole day! Thank you very much!

I was having quite honestly a terrible day today, then managed to lock the keys in my car to top it off. Made a bunch of pointless calls to other locksmith service providers promising service within no less than a two hour wait. With hope disappearing i decided to call general locksmith here telling myself this would be the last call. My call was answered and i had a nice conversation with the operator Whos name i didn't get who was more helpful and polite than the others i had spoken with not but a few minutes prior. Was given a 15 minute window and my prayers were answered 10 minutes later when Eli, my locksmith pulled up while on the phone with me.

He introduced himself and saw i was clearly stressing. A very pleasant conversation and some positive words from Eli really went a long way. It didnt even take him 1 minute to open my car for me! This man really deserves all the good karma life can throw at him! THANK YOU ELI! In the case i ever lock myself out again these are the guys im calling!

Dealing with General Locksmith was better than expected. I called three places and this company gave me the best quote right off the bat. Third company didn't even pick up the phone (face palm). Charlie came over and let me know that he didn't even need to completely replace the handle and lock, just replace the deadbolt. Saved me a ton of money I though I'd have to spend and I REALLY appreciate his honesty. Plus super nice guy. Couldn't recommend him more.

My house key got stuck in the deadbolt of my front door and I could not get it out. I didn't want to risk breaking it off in the lock. I checked Better Business Bureau to find a reputable locksmith and found General Locksmith. Charlie told me that he would be out in 15-20 minutes to take a look at it. He showed up promptly, was very friendly and polite, very professional and explained that it just had a lot of build up that he could clean up for me.

He could have tried to sell me a brand new lock, but didn't. He also ended up fixing the door knob that had become hard to turn. I was very happy with his work and with his friendly attitude. I will definitely use him again for any lock issues I may have and will recommend him to friends and family, as well.

Charlie from General Locksmith came to my house on time and re-keyed 5 door locks. He pointed out the reasons the the locks were not working right and fixed them. He is knowledgeable about his work and did a great job. All the locks now work smoothly like new and are secure with all pins engaged and working. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Called immediately was speaking to Charlie who was very responsive to our need. We had locked keys in car and within 20 minutes he was here, assessments were made and thank G-d the cheaper of two options worked. I was very pleased with Charlie, he was professional from beginning to the end. I will call General LOCKSMITH again. When stuff happens its nice to see a company jump into action.

Charlie was amazing we called him to help us out with our Safe on a Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon he was knocking our door to help us unlock it. He was extremely professional, prompt and knowledgable, best of all we locked the safe by mistake again after he had been trying to get it open for almost 20 minutes and he unlocked it once more free of charge even though he had to start all over again. We will definitely recommend him and call him again if we ever need his services.

Charlie is the nicest person. Not realizing that his is a mobile locksmith business, I intruded upon him at he home. He could not have been nicer, and made excellent door keys for me that actually work. I had tried the big box home supply stores, and none of their replacements worked, which caused me great inconvenience. When I upgrade my home locks and security, Charlie, at General Locksmith will get my business. Hey the best, hands down!!

He was efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair with his price. A big plus. he is licensed! Not everyone is. His price was less expensive than other companies I called. Hands down the best service I've received here in South Florida. I called yesterday around 3 to schedule an appointment. Charlie was at my house a little after 5. He fixed the issue very quickly, was extremly personable and polite. I will definitely be reaching out in the future.

Charlie was great! He moved me to the front of his schedule because I was in a time crunch. He might look a little intimidating at first but as soon as you start talking with him, you’ll realize he’s super nice and easy to talk to.

Amazing and very fast. My car accidentally locked with the keys inside and car on with ac My babies were in their carseat and he made it to me in less than 5 mins to pop my lock!!!!
