This company was extremely prompt with their service. I had to actually coordinate having the locks changed while helping a relative during an emergency. The technician worked with my coworkers and me in a way that made the transition extremely smooth and hassle free. Their rates were also very reasonable. If I need this type of service again in the future, I plan on using them as a go to. I would definitely recommend them if your needing a locksmith.

On Wed, Dec 22, we were doing metal detecting at a old home site, way back in the woods, about 1/2 way between Rockdale & Caldwell. My 2 yo grandson is fascinated with push buttons, particularly in vehicles, so while we weren't watching he pushed the lock button on my truck's door, then a bit later his mother shooed him out and shut the door, keys still on the console.
Next day I called Griffin as they service Burleson Co. and talked to Cameron. One hour later, my truck was unlocked and the Griffin van was bouncing across the pasture, headed back to Bryan:. Griffin is now in my contacts list.

We hired them for a service call. They did not properly address the issues while out for service. Called to ask about this, they said they would have to charge $150 to come out and take care of what should have been addressed in first visit. Called back and spoke with Cindy to voice my concern, who said she would look into it and call me back. She never did. I gave them a chance to make it right before a negative review. We have found a new locksmith to use and recommend going forward.

There's definitely something to be said for going to places of business that are specialized in what you need. When you need a locksmith go to the pros. Griffin Locksmith is the one you just can't beat. You can go to those big box hardware stores and get a key made and it may fit. More often than not that key has to be jiggled to work, wearing out your lock and your patience. Go to Griffin and get it done right the first time!
