No experience. Did not show when they were supposed to and did not return calls when they said they would. Will not try and do business with them again

I took Benny two safes of my fathers that he had forgotten the combination to. He had them opened that day for me. I highly recommend this place! Very friendly as well.

I've used this small firm for 30 years. With a little patience on my part they always come through. They recently worked after hours to open an old lock on an antique secretary. If you can't appreciate an old school business you will hate this one. I for one appreciate the little guy in a big box world.

I dropped off two mortise locks to be rekeyed. I was told I would be called when they were ready, but it would only take a few hours at most. Three days later, I hadn't received a call, but I was running errands and decided to swing by. My locks weren't ready, and he told me the two I brought to him couldn't be serviced, and he would have to order new cylinders.

He said he would call when they arrived, and it would be a few days this time. It has been five weeks and three more phone calls. The last call to him was two weeks ago. Every call he had a new date. The last call, he told me they would be in the following day, and he would call me as soon as they arrived. I still haven't received a call, and I have since bought new locks off the internet for a fraction of the cost. He never called to let me know the status of my locks at any point. I'll raise the review to two stars if he ever calls.

This is the worst company ever. I have been waiting for a call back for 3 days. I finally called someone else and they were out in 1 hour. Do not ever use this company, they are rude when you finally get a hold of anyone.

Very good folks to do business with! knowledgeable, friendly, honest and the prices are fair for the services they provide. The first time I came to the store/office I realized that they were the only people I will use for my locksmith needs.

Very rude, arrogant, snobby people on the phone and face-to-face. I gave them a dispensing machine to unlock, they said leave it by the door, will look at it and call you today. Two days later I called and asked if they looked at it. The guy said no, I will look at and call you after a while. At the end of the day I called to ask if he looked at it.

He said no. I asked when are you going to check it out? He said when he gets to it. The next day I go over, I found the machine exactly where I left it. I asked the guy at the counter, did you check or work on the machine? He said no. I pick it up and walked out.

Called for service just to see if they did it. I was told they weren't able to do unlock it. When I asked if he had any suggestion of what I should do, his answer was call someone that does it. The guy on the phone never gave his name. These people are a joke and obviously don't know or don't care about running a business. Their competition Pop A Lock sent someone out within 30 minutes of me calling.

If you have any work done by these folks, be sure and get a written quote first. I was given a verbal quote of $550-$600 for a 300-key job over the phone, only to have it turn into $916 when I picked up the finished product. Definitely my fault for not getting a written quote beforehand; but be aware before doing business here.
