Called Jim's after another locksmith said they were booked and could not help today to get a few keys cut for my sons quad. Just received the blank keys from Polaris and the person who answered the phone was very rude! Said that unless I wanted to pay for his 4,000 dollar machine he was unable to help if I bought the keys elsewhere. If your looking for quad keys to be cut stay away from this place!

Cheerful able to explain options available to me quickly and concisely if I need a locksmith this "is" what I'll pick in the future. I edited this today because it initially read that I wouldn't pick Jim's Lock and key in the future and I said I would. the" is" had initially read isn't, if I hurt this business in any way I deeply apologize because as I spoke to a person at this company I generally thought that they were going to help me with a reasonable price.

Fastest service ever! My son and I had run to Costco for a few things. It happened to be one of the hot sunny days we've had recently and we purchased multiple items including dairy products. When we reached our truck in the hot sun I noticed my keys were on the front seat! I couldn't believe it. I call my husband (who was out of town) and explained what happened.
We decide I would call around and eat the cost, which we could really not afford. Jim's Lock and Key happened to be the first place I called (searched on Google maps) and he was there in what felt like 5 minutes (per him, it was 12). I was quoted a price over the phone based on model. Even with extra services, he charged me what he quoted and was courteous, clean, polite, and did I mention, FAST! Highly recommend him.
