Lee is very accommodating and has helped me in two locations with top of the line security locks. I highly recommend him.

Would give 5 stars but I noticed some tracking up and down the stairs. Can't vacuum it out. The guy changed my locks on the spot though and in a timely manner. Was easy and simple, just have to find a way to clean the carpet now. Recommend having shoe covers available just in case you have carpeted floors. I just needed my locks changed immediately and didn't think to pick them up.

We just moved to a new home and needed our locks replaced right away. Lee promptly responded and within a few days we had our new locks and keys. He is very friendly, professional and gave us options on locks and features. Would definitely use again!

We were locked out of our vehicle. Called a lock smith. Waited over an hour for the other guys and gave up. We saw Knight Safe drive by while we were waiting so we called the number. The guy answered and turned right around to help, even tho he was busy. He was very friendly, efficient, and much cheaper than the other company. Highly recommend!

I couldn't have had a better experience! Lee Mentzos was my locksmith and he was amazing! Very punctual! Lee knew my situation and recommended a deadbolt for my front and back doors, which I did not have. He also re-keyed my current locks. Lee worked fast, did great installation, and cleaned up after himself. I feel so much more secure in my apartment. I have never used a locksmith before, but after this experience, I will always refer back to him with any and all of myl lock needs!

As a general contractor and a realtor, I frequently engage locksmiths. I needed a locksmith in the Tacoma area to rekey a number of existing locks, install new deadbolts to match existing antique door hardware and rebuild antique locks on a historic property built in 1928. Lee delivered on all accounts - he was on time, knew exactly what the historic lock sets needed to be restored and function correctly and completed everything efficiently and at a great price. He meticulously cleaned up at the end - all in all it was a great experience. I TOTALLY recommend Knight Safe and Lock and will absolutely use them again as the need arises.

I hired Knight Locksmiths to change my safe lock to a dial instead of a keypad when the lock refused to open. The locksmith did a great job and I am happy with the services they provided. I will suggest them to all my family and friends because they were very skillful at their trade. The price was better than the other quotes I received as well.

Lee from Knight Lock & Safe did a fantastic job for me yesterday! He called when he finished another job early to see if we could accommodate an earlier appointment. Was right on time, changed all our locks, gave some great advice and in 35 minutes was done. Very easy to work with and great, reasonably priced service!

Lee was great! First off I like a small company.no fooling with my personal security, .the fewer people involved the better He did a fantastic job! Re-keyed my entire house and installed a new deadbolt. Not often do I need a locksmith but I will recommend Lee to everyone I know. You cannot do better! I have peace of mind that I found someone that I can trust. What more can you ask for in a locksmith?

The front door lock of my business broke. Despite their busy schedule, they understood my emergency, arrived the next morning, and all the stress of having a broken door lock is in the past. Clearly, the owner of this company takes pride in his work.

Lee was extremely helpful advising me on the best electronic lock for my needs and was able to fit me in quickly. The installation was fast! I really appreciated him showing me how to operate it and he even made me extra back up keys right on the spot from his work truck.

Came out in the pouring rain to fix the lock on our RV. The deadbolt lock wouldn't open. He was able to get it opened qickly & didn't charge a thing. Fast friendly service & I will call again if there's ever a need.

These guys are life savers! A shady pet sitter lost my only house key while my husband was away on business, and I couldn't find anyone late on a Sunday night to get me in my house. I called the next morning before this company was open, and the owner came over right away to let me in and re-key our house. I am so grateful for such friendly, warm, and understanding support from a local company. I will recommend them to others for sure!

Arrived on Time. Worked for several hours.charges by the door not the time so really a good deal. Installed 9 new hardware sets including two int privacy and two ext dead bolts (one was fancy and imported so it took more time to make it fit) my home is from the 20's so he had to fix and realign a few of the doors/locks. Super pleasant, no BS, gets to work and works till job is done. I highly recommend.

About a month ago we had to have all the locks in our home changed after someone broke in to our car and stole our keys. I called Knight Safe & Lock and they came out the next day! They were quick, efficient and very professional. Since then the front door was having some issues opening, so I called back thinking it had to so with the new lock that was installed.

My mistake, the wood door had contracted in this dry weather and the spring latch was catching. Knight Safe & Lock did not hesitate to help me. They came out this morning, after I called yesterday, late afternoon, and they fixed it at no charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Gig Harbor, WA area who needs work done of this kind. I do not write reviews of companies typically, so to do this review means I am very impressed by this company.
