Awesome local business! After an accidental vehicle ignition key loss, my husband called and gave them out information for the car, Dean quickly found the key we needed, they arrived an hour later, so quickly! They were knowledgeable, informative, and helpful and knew exactly what to do! It was a difficult key to make with the built in key fob and they quickly made and programmed it and a spare for an affordable price.
They even jumped my car for me! So kind and nice and professional (wore masks the whole time!) Highly highly recommend! Hoping this never happens again (haha) but if it does I know who I'm calling.

Friendly reception, called at 4 PM got next day appointment. Sam arrived right on time. He was competent, friendly, respectful and efficient. Rekeyed 5 locks, replaced 2 knobs and some hardware exactly as I requested. I highly recommend this company especially Sam and I rarely do that. Also bill was reasonable unlike my experiences with other locksmiths in the area.

I own an old log cabin on the West Shore which we rent over the summer. Our trusty "push button" deadbolt failed, leaving our renter stuck, so I called Dean at Lightning Lock and Key. Dean was responsive, polite and prompt. We discussed options, coordinated a repair window with my tenants, and took care of the problem to everyone's delight. I would recommend him, and use his services again, in a heartbeat. I should add that my tenant also found him pleasant and very easy to work with. Thumbs up, Dean!
