Amazingly fast Service. He was here at my home within 10 minutes and replaced my trucks ignition and had my car running within 15minutes. I lost a night sleep worrying what was wrong and and listening to people tell me it was electrical. I'm so relieved. They are The Best.

Reached out to this company, spoke to a Tony. Very professional, easy to deal with. I was in a tough spot and needed to get some locks changed immediately. With me being at work, there was no way for me to get to them in time to let them in. This company was able to change my locks while I was at work. Definitely recommend. I had a great experience with these guys, but for potential customers I feel I should warn you: The guy who came to help me told me proudly about how he almost never wore a mask over the last year. Said he only wore it in doctor's offices and nursing homes, but nowhere else. This might not be something everyone would care about, but for some customers it does matter.

Daughter decided it would be a good idea to lock the keys inside. I wasted a few hours trying to get it myself for a while because I'm stubborn like that. So based on the great reviews and remembering good things I had heard in the past, I called Lowell Lock and Key. Tony in the office was great. Mike came out, within an hour, and had me all squared away back in the room and with new keys in no time at all.

Literally 5 minutes to get in the room and another 2 minutes for new keys. And a really nice guy, too, that really knows his stuff. My advice is don't waste your time, call these guys and save yourself the hassle. Phenomenal. Highly, highly recommended!

Was in a bind when my ignition stopped being able to turn. The guy was their within a few hours, right around the time he said he was going to be. He was very kind and did the work fairly quickly. The price was good. I definitely felt taking care of and will use them for any trouble I hope we don't have in the future. Would highly recommend.
