I locked my keys in my car while at Meijer and they were there within 15 minutes after receiving my call. The employee had my car open in about 3 minutes. I was able to pay with card, although he had to write down my card info and run it back at their shop which made me a little nervous about security. It seemed a little expensive ($75) but it was a lot better than having to call a friend and wait an hour or two.

My son's older Ford truck needed a new chip key. We thought we'd have to have it towed to a dealership for reprogramming but I called Michiana Lock just to be sure. The gentleman came out same day and had it replaced in less than 15 minutes. Very quick, professional and thorough. Explained to keep the old key just in case this happens again. Highly recommend!
