Mike was on time and fast to complete the work; in additional to installing a lock, re-keying 3 locks (including a storm door), he also made us copies of our keys. Was on time and fast but ask price before getting service. I could not re-attach door handle. The screw was on back wards. For that i got charged $155

Mike is a professional and a gentleman. I had him come out to replace a lock for a postal mailbox parcel locker at the bottom of my road. He was skeptical that he'd be able to given its Post Office property. The Postmaster met us for the appointment but as it turned out Mike was right, the lock we needed isn't commercially available. I offered to pay for his time and for disassembling the mailbox but he refused payment stating he "couldn't complete the job" therefore couldn't accept money.

It's refreshing to know their are honest people still out there. Hard to find these days. Most service providers insist on payment at the time of appointment scheduling without even knowing if they can do the work. In summary, if you need a locksmith look no further.

I'm new to the area and just purchased a home in which the front door lock had to be replaced. I had a great experience with Mike's Lock Service---he was really easy to work with, prompt, responsive, reliable, came out to the house and was right on time, had a great attitude, and was professional and affordable.

Very strange experience with them. On the plus side, they responded very quickly. However, the woman that handles their customers over the phone is incredibly difficult and fairly rude. I couldn't even get to finalizing my order with these guys before everything fell apart. Hard to hire a locksmith that you can't trust. Maybe others have had more success.
