Called and asked how much to program a key fob told me 100$ I went on google did it my self to save money, asked how much to cut the key said 100$ like I don't understand. Whoever I spoke with seemed to have somewhat of a attitude when I called back the second time. Will never call or go here again.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I sent a message on their website as it was after hours. First thing in the morning I received a call from John. He took my information and called me back within 30 minutes with a quote and an arrival time. They arrived on schedule and within 20 minutes tops, I had my new key and was on my way. The young man who made the key, I didn't get his name, was very helpful. Explained everything he was doing. He was very pleasant and efficient! I would DEFINITELY recommend New Castle Lock and Key. Oh I forgot to mention, they came to Greenville to help me out!
