I had a rare lock cylinder and he was able to make me a key from scratch. I was really impressed with professionalism, speed and pricing. The lock mechanism wasn't rare but the lock cylinder itself was, thankfully he was skilled enough to find the correct key blank and hand file each tumbler position until the lock was able to unlocked. I highly recommend him.

Our 18 month old discovered how to open our back door, we didn't have a deadbolt and didn't know who to call or if we needed to buy a new door. My husband called pc lock and key (thinking we'd have to wait a few days) he came out within a few hours and installed a beautiful new deadbolt that matched our existing key. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked how quickly the job was done to perfection! Thanks again.

This owner was very accommodating when I had accidentally locked my deceased mother's cedar chest. He left me bring it to his driveway on a Sunday and he tried to unlock but couldn't.this chest was probably 70 years old.asked him what I owed him and he said nothing.

Prompt and professional. They just helped me unlock my car after I accidentally locked my keys inside. Took him less then a minute. Price was reasonable and I believe he said they accept cards. I first called another locksmith and they were unable to send someone out.
