The guy came out to program a fob and cut a key for me. He got half way into the program and stopped telling me theres a glitch in the program and he will come back the next day. I had planned to drive to LasVegas with family. He was rude and disrespectful. He changed me $560.00 and didnt show us that it worked and didnt even cut my key! Never use them again. They should fire that young man!

Saved the day! Harley keys fell on the freeway. Got home had no keys so called Shay and he came right away and made a set of new keys for me. If you have a harley with the cylinder key or as they call it ace key call him. Not sure if anyone else can make that key for you. Didnt have to wait 2 weeks for dealer to send a new set. Thank you!

Prestige Locksmith tech was amazing, I needed a new key and fob for my vehicle after I lost it while I serf, after calling around for prices Prestige had the best price around. The tech got there on time and start working by unlocking the vehicle and got my new key and key-fob in matter of minutes, he even program both so my vehicle will start all that on site without delay. I had Avishay come out and fix my Fob Key for my Infiniti. He arrived within an hour of my request. As soon as he got here he asked for my keys and went straight to work. No time waisted. Fixed my problem within 30 min. This was 4 months back. I called him yesterday (Oct 3) he we set an appointed time and he arrived in a timely manner. And went straight to work. Diagnosed my problem and it turned out my new battery that I bought died.
He figured all this out within 5 min after unlocking my car. Gave me advice on how to to go about fixing my problem. He even offered to jump my car, but I kindly refused. All in all Avishay and his team from Prestige Locksmith are PROFESSIONALS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRESTIGE LOCKSMITH. Forgot to mention that they are always quick to reply either through a phone call or text which is great! Hands down They're the best! Trust and believe I've been through 3 other Locksmith and they aren't as good as the guys at Prestige especially Avishay!

Shai (not sure if spelled correctly) returned and texted my call very promptly and one of the only places I called that could make a BMW key. He was very personable and very professional. He was able to get into the vehicle and get the keys made very quickly and he is an awesome person first and foremost! I truly appreciate him coming to the rescue. If your looking for a honest and fair business for a lock issue he is the man!

Had scheduled an on-job-site appointment a week ahead of time, but requested the date be moved up one day sooner, at the last minute. Shy worked with his team, schedule and made it all happen one day sooner. Job done A #1, Top Notch, too. We were super pleased with Shy and his on-job-site person, Mark. Got everything done perfectly. Could not have asked for anything more. Locks all worked better afterwards than before we called. If you need a lock smith for any reason, this is the number to call. They are truly outstanding!

I have called prestige 3 separate times. They are the only locksmith service I call, they never take longer than 45 minutes to get to me, and they are great at what they do. Twice I have had them come open my car and once for key replacements. These guys are professional, and there prices are the most competitive, which is the main reason I would not call anyone else.

STOP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER LOCKSMITH. SHY IS YOUR GUY! Seriously, after a massively disappointing experience with another company run by con artists and crooks, my experience with Shy was a delight. He was prompt, courteous and honest. He gave me a solid quote via E-mail for removing a broken-off key jammed in the lock of my car. Upon arrival, he fixed the broken lock in minutes and lubed both locks.
He was friendly and professional, charging exactly what he quoted. I haven't been able to use this door in over 10 years, and he fixed in minutes. He also quoted me for a duplicate smart key for my other vehicle, with the price coming in at least $100 less than the dealership. I will surely take him up on that deal. Don't bother shopping around for another locksmith; this man is the best in town. Thanks Shy!

After a month, I finally gave up on looking for my motorcycle (2011 Kawasaki Ninja) key. I searched online for a locksmith in the area and after a couple of phone calls and estimates, Prestige Locksmith was the cheapest and promised to be at my doorstep in less than 30 minutes after I made my one and only call. Sure enough, Shy the locksmith arrived on time and about 30 minutes later, I had 2 working keys of my bike in my hands just like that. I'd definitely call him again for any key and lock problems in the future.
