I bought a fancy car opening kit that comes in a special plastic case for around $200. In less than a year the plastic case hinge breaks and all 18 pieces just go flying while I'm on a job. I call up customer support and they give me the run around saying they don't stock the cases. Then they tell me its $50 for a new case for a kit I paid $200 less than a year ago.
I ask to talk to the manager and they tell me he will call me, days later, still no call. Pro Lok is exactly what is wrong with the industry, stupid old mentality with no customer support or honoring their products. Their products are lacking in quality but not as much as they are lacking in integrity.

Do NOT under any circumstance, order from this company. They can not deliver the product you order. The worst customer service. I ordered a simple door wrap for a customer of mine and 10 days later I have not recieved it. So I call to see what the hold up is. The lady tells me they haven't made the door wrap yet. I didn't order a special door wrap.
There was no where in the description that said "this is a product that we make when it's ordered." No email after buying it that explains any of this nonsense. This is my first and last time using this company.
