I had about 3 different issues that made up my lock dilemma on our new house. Walked in, explained my dilemma and was out the door with it solved within 10 minutes and at a very affordable price! I'll never use another lock and key company but this one if I can help it! Highly recommend!

We purchased a home with dual lock deadbolts on every exterior door. I had no clue how to make it work with our smart lock without having to have a new key. Not to mention the bolts were all wrong. I took it all in and was quickly on my way home with all I needed, having only spent minimal money! Super nice and patient as well. We'll definitely be back!

Do not use. Called to get locks changed at business, they told me they would come today or the next. Called back the next day and they said they were busy until next week. DONT LIE TO CUSTOMERS, could have told me that the first time.

Honest advice and service. Nice people own this quality establishment and they are dog folks too. Experience matters!

Jason is a fabulous locksmith! He was able to duplicate a broken barrel key which my local locksmith, in Tyler Texas, could not do. The price was great and the service was fast. Can't say enough good things about this business!

These Jason and Kim were so helpful! I had a upsetting experience with another local locksmith, and called to see if they could help me. Jason made 2 custom Skeleton keys for a old mortise lock I had bought. I tell you what, they are my go to place from here on out! Very kind and professional!

I will never use a different company. I called, they came out the next day at the time they said they would. Professional and nice and the lock looks good and works well. The gentleman was very thoughtful about his mess and wood shavings and then on the way out helped me with my garage door pad battery just because he saw how to do it. He could have kept his mouth shut and went on about his way but he chose to help.

He also made some adjustments that make my door easier to deal with. It was as painless as it could have been and the price was very reasonable. I will absolutely be recommending them when I hear someone needs lock services.

I bought a replacement Weiser mechanism and installed it in our 20-year-old handleset and it works better than new! This is great because they don't make that model handleset anymore and our front door is very nice 42 solid oak door so a replacement handleset would require refinishing. Other than the mechanism the handleset was fine. It looks fantastic and now worls.

This locksmith (Jason) is AWESOME! Jason had parts in stock for my 20 year old Weiser handleset. Weiser Lock told me I was SOL on replacement parts and that I would have to buy a new handleset (actually two new handlesets since I have double doors). Since my handleset is no longer available, new handlesets would require repainting (and possibly replacing) both my front doors.

I live in California and found Jason online via one of his youtube videos repairing a Weiser handleset. Jason (and Kim) came to the rescue with prompt, professional, and courteous service.

I came to get keys copied and they did a satisfactory job. I give three stars because I found the service quite rude. It was also the only place I've ever patronized where they asked for identification to use a debit card for purchase.

I've been doing business with S & E / Fondren Locksmith for years. I have always found them friendly, helpful, professional, & honest. Just had several duplicate keys made this week - well done, fast service, reasonable price. They also did a great job of re-keying all the doors at my house several years ago.
