Guy working the store and phone call is extremely rude call for help with a lock out. Gave me a time frame never showed up when i call to ask for update he said 1hr more in a rude manner asked to cancel my service. I would just call roadside service instead, Became very rude after this needless to say i was 5 minutes away from him.

The worst ever. The locksmiths they sent out twice didn't know that lock Miss can't make a key for a Nissan push button start key fob. So I paid over $500 the two different sets of Locksmiths each key they make did not work and every time I try to use it the panel on my dashboard comes up and says no key I got stuck in many places. They would not come back either time to help me.
I'm thinking of suing. I had to go to Nissan where I was told that they could have never made the key so I think for that reason alone I need to sue them both they don't know what they're doing and isn't that fraud to tell you you don't need a battery when you need a battery? So I would suggest

I really admire their services and the owner gave me the best advices for how to secure my house and introduced me a collection of great products to ease everything for my whole family, since they switched our traditional key pad to the smart key pad; we don't need to have key and just by pushing the code on lock pad we all can get in. No more worries about locking the doors.
