The business owners and shop manager are amazing. Their staff is always prompt and professional. The shop is clean, CDC compliant, and well ran. This is a very convenient location and everyone is extremely knowledgeable. The prices are also reasonable. I called a couple of places looking for a key to be cut. Both places didn't have the blank. Then I called these people. The guy was very nice on the phone and had the blank. I was a little worry because I have been getting some bad cuts from home depot and lowes so I didn't want to go there for a key. Once I arrived the guy actually remember who I was and help me right away.
And again the kindness that he showed me on the phone was just as pleasant in person. The keys were only 1.75 each. Very reasonable. And guess what? The keys work very smoothly as the originals. Definitely will be going back. Just to let u know how impress I was. I'm passing at least 2 home depots, 1 loves, and 4 local lock Smith to go out of my way to come here. That how impressed I was. Will definitely be back if I need a key cut again.

Security Lock and Safe accepted a very challenging lockout situation at my home and made room in their schedule for me at the last minute. Joe arrived on time, was very professional, and, just when I thought the predicament was hopeless and he was going to give up (albeit with a good attitude), he powered through to come up with a creative solution.
In a complex situation he chose the best possible means of forcing entry and getting me inside my home. Thank you, Joe, for keeping me safe, and thank you to "Security Lock and Safe" for running an effective, helpful business. Highly recommend.

Ray just saved my weekend!! He was the on-call guy today (Saturday). After totally screwing up a front door lock install and spending hours Friday trying to recover, Ray fixed the problem in 30 minutes once again proving the adage "You're paying for the experience and proper tools!!" Very reasonably priced, imho. I would not hesitate to call Ray again nor to recommend him without qualification.

We busted the lock to our 1968 volunteer travel trailer. I followed three different recommendations from fellow campers and came up short several of the locksmith's wanted nothing to do with it and we're completely dismissive. By some weird twist of fate when my wife did laundry she found another man's underwear in the dryer. She found the owner of the skivies who recommended Matthew from Security Lock and Safe.
We found the place, he took a look at the Lock, took it to his desk for 5 minutes, and brought it back to us in perfect working order. And furthermore, he charged us nothing. Great friendly people in there with a warm attitude that is seldom seen around here.
