BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We purchased a good size floor safe Dave was amazing with his expertise and service. He delivered it himself and helped us with understanding the safe. I later had an issue with opening it (my fault) and called him off hours and he did everything he could to help me get it open. I totally recommend Smith's Locks to anyone. I recently just locked my keys in my car and unfortunately do not have AAA. I was told to call a locksmith in the area. I went online and saw all the great reviews about Smith Lock & Safe and I have to say they lived up to those reviews. David was the one who came and unlocked my car. he was amazing! Absolutely great service! Went by there today to get some help with my car door lock and the gentleman there was so very helpful! He got out the metal piece that was jammed inside in a matter of minutes and told me it was free of charge! For someone who's been a little down on luck lately it really made my day!
