Going to Tweeds Locksmith was a great decision. They've been in business for decades. I didn't know about them but I went to one of the popular big box hardware stores with 2 keys that needed to be copied. Both keys had color coded (stiff) cap covers that the big box store couldn't remove to copy in the machine. They also wanted $6 plus tax for 2 keys.

A worker who overheard my dilemma there told me about Tweed's so I headed into Portsmouth. A very nice and helpful gentleman named Michael helped me. He copied both keys easily without touching the caps. Cost me about $4 with tax. If there are any issues, the business stamp on the back of the keys is your guarantee they'll fix it for free. Such a clean store with a welcoming vibe. Had a very positive experience there. Couldn't find them on Yelp so added them myself. They deserve business!

Everyone seems to know everything and they all eager to serve. The have the widest inventory of any locksmith I've ever seen.

Great Service! Was done in less than an hour for the whole house! The man was very nice. The only thing I will say is I wish they would wear booties in the house, or walk around the nice rugs! It was very hard for me to have him walking in and out of the house and then all over my new cream rug!

Seems like it was the only locksmith business open the day after Thanksgiving. The crew at the front of the house was a group of young, enthusiastic and helpful young folks so my first impression was great. My first impression was accurate. I was helped quickly and the associate that fixed the driver's side lock on my old Tundra was friendly, explained the problem and what needed to be done and fixed my lock.

No more unlocking my passenger side and crawling across the seat to gain access to the driver side. Price seemed reasonable for the effort required. I would definitely go back for help with any locksmith needs.
