I made an appointment on August 25 to have a key made for a we lost the key. The appointment was for 2 weeks. That day came and I did not hear from them and I called. Dustin I believe was his name told me the appointment was cancelled on the 28th. I did not cancel the appointment and I would be the only one who would do this. He said it said cancelled on the computer and there was nothing that could be done because the day was full. Next appointment was 2 more weeks away. Was rude over the phone. I called someone that day and they were there in 20 min. Customer service is a dying thing

I locked my keys in the car at Kroger. They came fast and was quick. The man that helped me was kind and easy to talk to. It was a tad expensive but it was Halloween and on a Friday so understandable. Service: Car lockouts

Velentine Lock did a great job on my F150. I lost a key and did not like only having one key for it. I called Valentine and he came right to my house and cut and programmed a key for my truck. I highly recommend.

I was extremely pleased with my service. Mr. Valentine was pleasant and direct on the phone. He answered my questions, and I was able to easily schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. Mr. Valentine was right on time. He quickly rekeyed two locks and replaced another. He was very personable, and I will definitely contact him again for future jobs.

Mr. Valentine did an excellent job! He came out on a Saturday and worked diligently and efficiently to re-key several locks and to replace one of them. He was very personable and innovative (some of the locks were old and needed "extra care" to re-key or replace). I would recommend him and use him in the future.
