Well, the on hold message says the driver will be dispatched within 3 minutes of receiving your call. I think it took about an hour + 15 mins or 30 mins for them to reach me. They're on the slow side. Once the driver got there, the car was open with 5 - 10 mins. All in all, I'd rather do AAA.
