We are in Liberty lake and he came late at night to help us out and used his camera for a bolt that wasn't able to be picked. We then tried another door and he got everything unlocked. He did great and was communicative and friendly!

They were amazing! It was a Sunday, and I have a difficult vehicle to be kicked out of due to its security features. They were super responsive, came our quickly, and even had to call Tech Support for advice on my vehicle's security. They were able to get unto my car, and were very pleasant to work with. They were also very reasonably priced, especially on a Sunday! I would definitely recommend/use them again!

My niece and nephew from out of town locked their keys in their rental car. Colton showed up early and got them into their vehicle in under 10 minutes. I should add that he was friendly and took care to get their door unlocked without any harm to the vehicle. He also communicated with us his ETA, and that he would be early (which was appreciated because it was a scorching hot and smoky day).

Critical: Professionalism, Value I called and the woman who answered told me $400 to make a key for a 2013 Honda civic. I asked her how when everyone else I called was more then half that. She didn't respond and hung up on me. I went to Honda and they made the key and re programed my computer for $ 147. This place is a scam and unprofessional.
