I was stranded at a racetrack for 3 days. Tripple AAA has me questioning my membership. Back to back calls with false promises of help coming. Then a locksmith came and COULD NOT program a key he cut to work. Long story short a friend gave me Oren's number. He came and from start to finish the experience was very pleasant! No games, no false promises, and came when he said he would! Everything happens for a reason for sure! Im grateful to now have this company in my contacts.

Oh and he is such a sweet polite man. The customer service is top notch! And his skills are above average then your local locksmith. My truck had some issues. I dont usually leave reviews however this one needed to be shared.

Very professional! Arrived on time. Wore a mask! Thank you for that. I bought my key on eBay, he had trouble programming it. He even looked up my key online to see if I bought the right key! I could tell that he was in uncharted territory with my off brand key! I realized that right then there was an oppty for him to sell me his own key for an upcharge, but instead he persisted until my key worked! Thanks for not taking advantage of me! That's integrity!

I wish I could give Oren more than 5 stars! I called 4 other locksmiths before I put my faith in Oren. I drive a 2000 Land Rover and my only key had been stolen. He let me know when he could be here and arrived with a reassuring & positive attitude.and when he left I had a new programmed fob & spare key! As well, he prides himself on his work!

I have a Volkswagen MK5 GTI and I accidentally broke my only key fob transponder at night. I was in a panic as now I couldn't use my car. I called the local dealership the next morning and they were giving me high numbers AND they wanted me to tow my car to them. Luckily I called Lock to Lock and they gave me a very good rate. The technician, Oren, came to my property punctually and was very friendly.

He was able to create the new key fobs and program them. I couldn't ask for better customer service. It was a great first experience with a locksmith company and Lock to Lock have set the bar very high!

We saw the ad, A young man came out did 2 lock changes & 3 re-key... HE CHARGED $1000.00 IM NOT KIDDING!!! We didnt have the money for that price, he didnt tell us price until he did it. He came back 3 days later when no one was there and change back the old lock... and stole a 10 year olds suit case that was moving in... Im not done with them...

Locked my keys in the house, it happens. Called and they said it would be a $15 service call, and arrived in about 30 minutes. My deadbolt was not locked, no lock picking was necessary, a key WAS NOT made. They inserted an air blabber between the frame and the door 60 seconds later the tech used a screwdriver to open the doorknob, and is was charge $180 for less than 1 minute of work. TOTAL RIP OFF. The tech was nice and professional, but the company he works for know they can screw you over on the price, and they do. I will be contacting the BBB

Trust me, we literally just got burned. My wife set up the appointment and clearly relayed what we needed done. We used this company because they were the lowest price quoted. Not only did they double the estimate, but the person who changed out the locks left a mess (pics to prove it). Read the reviews below...you'll see this is a pattern. They have a history of this.

There are so many locksmiths to choose from now in Atlanta. I am glad I made the right choice by going with Lock to Lock. When you call you get a live person instead of a bunch of options to choose from. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and didn't mind listening to my "life story' while I was under distress. The technician that came out to my home to let me back in was very friendly as well.

He was at my home in less than 20 min and had me back in my home and going about my activities in less than 10 min. I would definitely use this company again and I will be recommending everyone I know use them as well. Good job Lock To Lock!

On Saturday evening, My ignition jammed and the key couldn't turn. I needed help right away and called a locksmith service and your company was given the job. I cannot but say complementary words about your employee Oren. He was very professional, very quick, very responsive and very fast in resolving my problem. I am giving him 5 stars without absolutely no hesitation. His customer service was excellent. He deserves a good reward.

This business is unprofessional. I was quoted a price by a representative who told me the price to unlock my car would be no more than $50. The representative was unprofessional, hung up the phone on me, and I called back following up to speak to her. I was charged $140 for a service that was quoted at less than half of the price. Completely unacceptable.

They charged us $150 to unlock our car that we paid $65 a year ago to do the exact same thing. Do Not Use Them. They do not speak english and they over charge!

Increased cost of service charge $100 on simple front door install. Cutting tools were so dull they smoked and took a long time to cut a new hole for a new dead bolt lock. Invoice said to install flashing. The technician did not install the flashing measured incorrectly and cut the hole in the wrong place. After the technician left the painter found the flashing and installed it the door would not shut or lock then.

We called the technician back and he said he would charge us a $200 to fix it. We then had several calls with the person in the office who argued endlessly and rudely. Please do not use this service. It would have taken the technician 10 minutes to fix his mistake but he refused without extra compensation. They do not know the meaning of customer service.
