I highly recommend this guy. He's fast and very professional. I was in a helpless situation that my dealership said would be prolonged by 2 weeks for a new key. Jeff assured me that it would not be a problem for him no matter what and low and behold he was right! I will definitely call him again if I ever need his services.

Quick and easy service, lost my only car key and needed a replacement, when he showed up he was done in 15 minutes and had no issues. Called a few places before I found pyramid, others wanted to charge $70 more and then an additional $250 for a spare key, this guy gave my a new key and a spare for less than other places I called for one key. Also his truck is a legit set up, with all sorts of equipment and kept clean from what I saw - Highly recommend!

Awesome professional, experienced. Jeff knows his stuff. Friendly, had a key made in no time. Took his buisness card because he is on it. I told him that if no one told him today he rocks, he does! Never had such a pleasant experience giving our money away! Thank you Jeff! Service: Car lockouts

The guy does quality work and is an overall good dude. We had some scheduling conflicts over a few days as well as some weather issues but he was extremely communicative about everything going back and forth. He did a great job with the Installation of the new locks as well as the re-keying. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs and work done.

I had lost my keys to an older F150, Pyramid came out and made two keys in less than five minutes. If that doesn't constitute five stars I don't know what does.

I just purchased my new home in Sterling Heights MI. I called Pyramid Lock to have my doors all redone. This company came out the same day. The thing that impressed me the most which I never would have thought of, was to redo my shed door as well. I called that morning and we had keys for the family that afternoon. I saved money not replacing all my door knobs and the job was done the same day. Very professionial and well recommended.

We needed a 24-hour locksmith on a Sunday night, and Pyramid Lock answered our call and came over within about 30 minutes. The locksmith drilled out our broken deadbolt, installed a new lock, and keyed it to match our existing keys. He was very quick, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable, and we're thankful he could come to our rescue -- especially at 10pm on a Sunday! Thank you, Pyramid Lock!

Jeff is a lockpickin genius! Professional, responsive, timely and very reasonably priced. (I was locked out, made the call, drove the 20 minutes home, and he arrived within one minute of my arrival and got me inside my house within two minutes flat). Recommended. (I think there's also value in supporting small local businesses.)

Jeffs service was beyond top level. We needed a new key fob and Jeff made the trip to car dealer and programmed the key in very short time frame. Many thanks for his professional service.

Knowledgeable and very friendly. Hopefully, I will never need a locksmith again. But he will be my first call if I do.

Fast and friendly service. This company's interaction with me was punctual and professional, yet they made me feel like a friend not just a customer. I conducted much of my business through text which made it extra convenient. I forgot to ask for a receipt and the locksmith was kind enough to send me a picture of an invoice within the hour. I couldn't have asked for a more easy experience. I thought that getting a new key made for my car would involve a lot of red tape but the quality care that this company provides made it feel like a breeze. 5/5 stars would use this company again in the future. Thx pyramid!

Amazing! Very professional, quick and reasonably priced! I called him while working, he drove to my location and was able to unlock my car within minutes! He was even able to make me a new key so I can keep one on me in case I lock my keys in my car again. I will definitely recommend in the future!
