An absolutely fantastic company. A main door lock broke at my place of work and they made sure to get to me today and communicate with me during the day. They came out and did a wonderful, very pleasant and professional job getting me in shape to lock the place up before closing. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend!

I'd like to take a moment to let everyone know about my experience with Southington Security. I've used them several times to re-key a lock the we had lost the original key for, and to make a single key for all locks in our house. I'm always met with professionalism and politeness by everyone who has waited on me. The prices are fair and the quality of work is great. Everything works perfectly. I'm very happy with everything that they did, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I'm a repeat customer of Southington Security and when we had a move-out situation at our home I called to have the locks changed. I spoke with Dianne, who was very reassuring about our security concerns and set up an appointment for the very next day. Tom called first thing the next morning and arrived promptly, explained everything he needed to do, finished the work quickly and presented me with the keys I ordered. Tom was gracious and knowledgeable and did a great job.
My family and I can have peace of mind now, knowing our home is secure. I highly recommend Southington Security Services and wouldn't call anyone else for locksmith services. Thank you Dianne, Tom and Gil for excellent service!

I had the locks re-keyed on a home I recently closed on. Gil answered the phone when I called in and took the time to go over all of my options and answer my questions. The technician who came out was super friendly and knowledgeable and remembered to call and let me know his ETA. Would definitely recommend.

First off, I have to mention how impressed I was by Gil. I have a safe that was passed down to me & I struggled opening it with the combination. I was worried the locking mechanism was jammed. Gil returned my call & walked me through some steps over the phone. To my surprise, the safe opened. Gil gave me clear instructions on how this particular safe worked. He gave me further instructions on what to do & look out for in the future. I couldn't be happier with experience with Gil & Southington Security. I would highly recommend this company for any of your locksmith needs!

I called the day before we closed on our new house to see if someone could come out and change the locks. Gil was not only able to come out he allowed my son, who mechanically inclined, to help him. Gil also made several recommendations for our house and welcomed us to town. Wonderful company!
