Had an emergency door issue on my residence. Company answered the phone the FIRST time. No need to call back and play tag. They sent a person SAME DAY (in minutes in fact) and problem was solved at FAIR PRICE on the first visit. They carried a varied of different lock options for me to choose from. They are my new locksmith company. Alex (employee) was OUTSTANDING. I would trust him in my place without me present. THIS is what I look for in a company. Thank you Alex so much for EXCELLENT care of my residence.

Bravo Zulu to you Josh! He's an excellent ambassador to your brand; professional, kind, and efficient beyond expectation. It took him less than five minutes to gain entry and he was fair and upfront about pricing. **Couldn't help but notice the 1 Star reviews for this company share a common confusion/unreasonable expectation by expecting a technician to show up in 10 minutes after they call for service. Get real; 10 minute commitment is to make an entry to the locked space folks. **

The staff was very friendly and informative at the office. The tech called and kept me in the loop on his arrival time. He was very professional in talking with my staff and was able to open the safe without having to destroy it. I would suggest getting a quote from them before they do any work but otherwise they are 5 stars!

Hands down the most responsive, skilled, and friendly guy you could expect to work with. If he can't do it immediately, he'll give you an exact time and never fails to do the job perfectly. I've used him over 20 times as a property manager and will continue to do so! A+++ Thanks !

I have used this company twice and both times they showed up within an hour and gave me a great quote for changing my locks. The locksmith was professional, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He even gave me tips on what locks to buy because some of them are much better quality than others. I would recommend this company to all. Fast, friendly, and get the job done quickly and efficiently.

10 Minute Locksmith is the only company I would call for a lock out, keys left in the car, or for changing locks. I've used other companies in the area with terrible results. Other companies lack the drive to make their customers happy, therefore you wind up waiting forever. My last locksmith completely forgot about me, so I was left sitting outside my car in a parking lot for over two hours before I called them back and cancelled out of sheer annoyance.
I found 10 Minute Locksmith while I was waiting and called them instead. This company comes fast and they send great locksmiths with the experience and equipment to get the job done fast and without any further hassle. In the two times I've used them, they have been reliable, professional, and friendly--which sure helped to make me a little bit less embarrassed! Do yourself a favor and call this company next time you need a locksmith.
