Long story short! My daughter went camping and lost vehicle key in the water. We had called all local key shops in Maryville where we are from and they were going to charge $300 to come help my daughter. We called mobile key shop and he gave us a price and a time to meet him. He was 5 mins early $50 cheaper and had a key made and programmed to her vehicle in less then 10 min! The guy that showed was great and answered all my questions. I would recommend them any time!

AWESOME SERVICE! We were in need of a remote key fob for our truck. In less than 24 hours we had one! Yesterday, late afternoon, I did the 'foot work' research and Rich with Moblie Key Shop came highly recommended! The very next morning my hubby met Rich with the truck, and 10 minutes later he was done! Professional and long standing Knoxville business!

Absolutely the BEST! Came out on Christmas Eve and our truck had other electronic issues besides needing a new key. Rich went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and returned the day after Christmas which was a Sunday and got our company vehicle re keyed and back working for Monday morning. Would not and will not hesitate to use him again.

Awesome service! Saved me when my key broke off in my gas cap 12 hours from home. Drove an hour to get to me and get me back on the road. Super nice on top of that.

AAA hooked me up with them for a lockout on my Transit Van. Due to 100% my fault the only way to get me moving was to cut a replacement key. I had it in my ignition and was on the road in less than 2 hours from when I first placed the call to AAA. YMMV obviously, but AAA also covered the cost of the key, so it still ended up being 'free' to me. That is really the best I could have hoped for. Obviously nobody hopes they get locked out of their car, but I hope if I do in the future these guys show up.

Excellent service and at a great price! My 2004 ford ranger had been out of commission for 4 weeks! My husband put a new switch in and we found out it has a transponder with a chip in the key that requires either a dealer or locksmith to program. We call mobile key and Rich was fast and wonderful! He fixed the Keyes in less than 10 minutes came to me and Viola it's all fixed. Thank you so much definitely the only locksmith I'll ever call. Highly recommend this business.

The customer service here is exceptional, they are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers! My husbands motorcycle key had broken into two pieces, we were unsure of what to do much less the cost of a new key, unpon arrival they were of course quick to help. They got us a new key made up promptly and told my husband that he could just take the key without paying because she was unsure if the key she made would work, it of course did and she saved our day!
We were able to have an amazing riding day after all! Thank you for all you do for the community and we appreciate your buisness for being open, convenient and always willing to go the extra mile for your customers! You have faithful customers here without a doubt! This is just one of the times you were there for our family, you've helped us more times than we have time to tell, thank you all again!

Mobile Key Shop was a great choice! They got me back into my car at my hotel after I had locked the keys in them. They were there within twenty minutes and their price was very fair! (Though no one is happy to pay for the tax of being stupid and locking your keys in your car.) Haha. Definitely recommend!
