Cannot say enough about how thankful we were for DJ to be able to unlock our house. A miscommunication with a pet sitter left our 2 dogs unattended for several hours while we were traveling out of town. DJ was kind, thoughtful, and understanding and was able to let the dogs out for us on his way to another call. Very timely, was super polite, and would definitely recommend this locksmith to anyone who is in need of fast service.

Critical: Professionalism Individual was extremely rude and 1 minute into the phone call starts yelling about how busy he is and to just say what I needed. I don't expect special treatment or to be pandered to, but that's no way to treat a potential customer.

Tonight I locked my keys in my car. The gentleman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful! He told me he'd be at my home in 45 minutes and was there within 30 minutes. He unlocked my car in a fast and professional manner and for a great price. I totally recommend!

Are you already having a bad day, chances are you are since you're looking for a locksmith, and you want to make it worse? Call these guys. Got transferred to a guy who was pretty nice and helpful when I initially called. Had to call the main number back after having trouble reaching the guy I was transferred to. The guy who picked up provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. He clearly did not care about having customers or providing good service.
Take your money elsewhere. These guys don't want business they just want to be argumentative and condescending and don't realize that people have options apparently. I only called because it was listed as 24 hours. There's other 24 hour services in Roanoke even if they're hours aren't listed on google. These guys are also minimum 40 minutes from the city. There's other places actually in the city/county.

Well - my dog locked me out of my car... LOL! Big Lick Locksmith in Roanoke came out and got the keys out of the car - As bad as the situation was they were very helpful and made me laugh - This guy is a sweet guy - Call him if you need lock help!
