After an exceptionally poor experience with a competitor, I called Armstrong Locksmith and was told that a technician would be on the scene within the hour. The technician arrived within fifteen minutes and completed his task in very little time. He came in, did his job, took his pay, said thank you, and went about his day. Quick, affordable, and kind. If I encounter another lock issue I will call these individuals first.

Armstrong provided nothing but 5 star service to rekey my home and car after both sets of keys were stolen. Safety is their priority and they understood the urgency to get the job done. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, you will be in the best hands.

I'm a little late with our review. I have to thank Raheem for assisting us in getting into our car at the airport last month after my boyfriend's keys were stolen. Armstrong Locksmith went above and beyond to help us in a very tough and stressful situation. Very professional. Great customer service. HIGHLY recommended! Thank you so much again!

I needed to have a duplicate key made for my Hyundai Elantra. I chose Armstrong because of their long-standing presence in the Nashville area and positive reviews. I received a quote over the phone and paid up-front for the duplicate key. There was a bit of a mix up regarding the timeline to have the new key cut and programmed, but the owner was able to rectify the issue by offer to come to me to have the service complete (on a day the shop was closed, at that!) I'm overall very satisfied with the quick and friendly efficient service!

Armstrong told me when he would be available, so I scheduled my visit accordingly. He was friendly when I arrived, easily diagnosed my problem, provided a fairly priced fix for my missing car fob, and threw in a free house key as well. Great price, quick service, friendly and professional. Will definitely go back for any future needs.

I had lost my car keys to my BMW so I called Armstrong Locksmith who answered right away. BMWs are very difficult to program keys for that I have come to find out, but it wasn't a problem for this very kind man! I would recommend this locksmith to anyone if you want quality service at a fair price.

Very helpful, professional, and affordable! He was honest with me about the cheapest route to take on having my car key replaced instead of overcharging me. Once I got there, I was in and out the store in less than 15 minutes. He went above and beyond with great customer service and the replaced key worked with no issues. Highly recommended!

I came here as I needed to have my car keys reprogrammed and replaced after being stolen. They were very helpful, responsive, efficient, and super reasonably priced especially in comparison to what I would have paid at the car dealership! Would highly recommend them

These folks are excellent! Sako was extraordinarily patient as I brought a car over that couldn't hold enough of a charge to get an ignition key re-programmed; they clearly are quite busy (probably because of being good at what they do), but I never felt rushed as a customer despite the key I was trying to get help with being quite a bit more complicated than expected because of my own car's battery issues.
We finally got the car's battery charged up enough for him to get his wizardry done in getting the key I had re-programmed to work with my car successfully. A+ work! Would highly recommend this shop, especially based on the professionalism and quality of communication.

They are a scam out for your money. DO NOT GO HERE FOR BMW. They are not certified for BMW. The key they gave me was aftermarket & started falling apart within days. Wouldn't guarantee their work and I'm out 400 dollars for a worthless key. Went to the BMW dealership and they said it was worth less and I need to order a new key. So I finally got a new key for my car way cheaper through the BMW DEALERSHIP. Let me save you a headache and money DONT GO HERE! Yall are a joke &rip off ARMSTRONG PRICE FOR A KEY FOBE WITH OUT A KEY BEING CUT $435.00. BMW DEALERSHIP WITH KEY CUT $280.00

I like this place! The customer service is top notch. They are very knowledgeable and straight shooters. I had questions about a wireless locking door for my condo and he gave me great info and I could tell he wasn't trying to up sell me. This is a place that gets repeat business through great work. I think that is the best way.

Wow! Sent a message for a quote and was called within 2 min. The LS was at my car in 15 minutes. The young man was very courteous, professional, explained what he was doing and took great care of my Audi Q7. Should I need this service again, (knowing me, I'm sure I will). Will be the only people I call. Great job guys! Thank you

These guys rock! I won't put down how much they charged for my 2012 Ford key and other duplicate I had made but I will say you will be pleasantly surprised by their service and prices. I highly recommend using them to duplicate important keys (esp the new funky chipped keys & fobs for vehicles) before you lose them and have to pay an emergency service outrageous fees *ahem pop a lock ahem* because you are in a bind. 5+ stars!

Amazing experience. It was after hours and they showed up within 25 minutes. After removing the broken off key from our deadbolt, they offered to create a new key for us. Also, our deadbolt was hard to unlock. They fixed that too at no extra charge. Highly recommended!

The service at Armstrong Locksmith is excellent. They cut a new key for me right away when I visited their store. Their price was fair and the new key was a high quality product. Armstrong Locksmith is the place to call for all your locksmith issues. The guy is very humble and generous. He definitely took care of me and will do the same for you, I guarantee it. You could definitely tell the guy loves what he does and there was very humble. Anyone else would have charged me the flat fee regardless. Definitely worth saving his number (615)625-8000 in your contacts under LOCKSMITH rather than Googling anyone else.

By far the best Locksmith experience I've had or been around period. I assumed that locksmiths were all terrible conducting business with. I was shown otherwise dealing with Armstrong, and I will never contact another company or allow anyone I know to either. Great person And very professional. You know business must be good if I write a review. Wish I had more hands so I could give them 4 thumbs up!

Rahim is the best! He has helped me out twice now and both times has gone above and beyond. The first time he came out my assistant had broken a key off in the lock. He fixed it in 5 minutes and then went out of his way to help me with another project I was working on. He also took the time to spray our locks to make sure that no keys broke off in the door again. On top of that he even made a replace key for the one that broke!
Today he came by and helped me fix my commercial door and of course did not disappoint. He was fast, friendly, and efficient! He also asked if I needed help with anything else. He provides great customer service and is never pushy or makes you feel like just a number. I recommend using Armstrong locksmith for all your locksmith needs!
