I called American Best locksmith and 25 min later arrives and 15 minutes later he had a new smart key fob programmed to the car and he through another manual door key in for free. This company is the absolute best! I lost the fob to my car, and spent countless hours calling Kia's roadside assistance (which was NO help). I called multiple locksmiths- no one could help with the model of my car. I called American Best Locksmith, and they really are the best. Michael arrived within 20 minutes, and made a fob for my car. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. If you ever need a locksmith, call them; Michael truly saved the day.

The staff were friendly and helpful, available on short notice, arrived promptly and provided valuable information and assistance. As a new home homeowner, we changed the locks immediately thanks to Dave. He was knowledgeable and funny and guided my husband and I through the process of the lock changes and safety concerns. I highly recommend!

Today my family had a wonderful experience with AB Locksmith Philadelphia! David was very receptive to my request of helping my mother while keeping me informed about the service being provided. I would be remissed not to mention the receptionist who insured that I was connected to our assigned locksmith, David. I will definitely use them again and refer to family and friends!

I used Mike to replace a fob after our key was stolen. It was a holiday. Mike showed up quickly. He was very competent. Knew exactly what needed to happen and did it efficiently. He was less expensive than the locksmith AAA tried to recommend and way more responsive. Easy to communicate with. Great all around experience.

Here's why I highly recommend American Best Locksmith: -Reaching out to them was extremely easy. Sent a message through Google on a Sunday night and they replied almost instantly and arranged for quick service with a locksmith. It was so quick I actually thought it was an automated service but I could tell based on their response that it was an actual person. -The locksmith was prompt, professional, polite and highly skilled.

They had no problem performing complex locksmith work for us. We had to change locks on 4 doors and wanted two sets of matching keys for inner and outer doors and it was no problem for the locksmith. -Excellent customer service. The locksmith had to drill through a door and it caused some dust to fall on the floor. He asked for a vacuum cleaner to clean up the dust. I've never seen a repairman ever ask to vacuum up a mess they caused.

Given that time is money, most repairmen want to quickly move on to the next customer. This shows just how dedicated their locksmiths are to maintaining excellent customer service. So glad to have found this business. Will keep their information on file for any future jobs.

I had lost my key fob to my vehicle, and started calling around for estimates. All the other places were estimating outrages prices. Called American Best Locksmith and they quoted the best price. The locksmith that came out to me was courteous and professional and literally did the job in 10 minutes. I was very impressed and will recommend them to anyone.

He was very professional and didn't dance around the price of replacing the key. As frustrating as the experience was, these guys really made it easy. I'll be using their service again and recommending them to anyone who needs a locksmith that's quick and reliable.

My daughter and I got locked out of our car last weekend while out shopping. I first called some random company and after waiting about an hour and a half, I decided to give American Best Locksmith Houston a try. Within like less than a half an hour a technician pulled up, introduced himself, offered us cold water bottles from his truck, went over prices with me, and then got to work right away. We were back in the car in no time at all. Thank you for your quick service and hospitality!

I just bought a new home and needed someone to re-key my locks. I called American Best Locksmith Houston the morning we were settling on the house and someone was out there within an hour re-keying all the locks the same for me. The technician was super nice and finished everything in record time, but he still took the time out to explain everything he was doing as well as the prices. Awesome service, thanks American Best Locksmith Houston!
