The front door got locked when I went outside. No one was inside and I was in a bit strange position with only a pajama on me. Thanks for coming quickly and letting me in!

I was petrified to figure out that I've lost my car keys somewhere. I called my husband first and after a few jokes that I would need to buy a new car now, he called here. The locksmith who came to open my car and make me a new key was very polite, he told me that making new car keys is 90% of his job, so I don't think that I'm a mess anymore. Thanks a lot for your service!

I was in a panic v because I couldn't get into my garage to get my car for a doctors appointment. I called Sure Lock and Key and they sent me a wonderful sweet and friendly young man who was raring to go as he knew I was in a rush. He see my door handles which is very atypical and because it's imported many locksmiths over the years just could not figure out how to service them. He is obviously so knowledgeable that he figured it out in about five minutes and Wala he fix the door perfectly.
I've never seen any person at all the workers that have come to do my house in my renovation, be so quick and efficient and neat and that is something that I look for when I hire somebody. There's nobody I would ever use again so I'm hoping that he never leaves because if you ever want somebody Jake is the person to get it. Thank you, Jake for making sure I made my appointment.

I believe I've just found my perfect to-go locksmith. And here's what they did. I accidentally dropped my car keys down the sewer gate. Only imagine the level of my stress. I called the first 24hr locksmith I've found and that was these guys. The tech Enny came very quickly. To make me new keys took him even less. THANK YOU SO MUCH! P.s. special thanks to the woman over the phone, she was very supportive and kind.

I got locked out of my condo and had to call an emergency locksmith. Daniel, the locksmith from Sure Lock and Key, came in about 15 minutes and had the door open in two. The price was very reasonable. While he was here I realized how long it had been since the door locks had been changed and how shabby they looked. He changed both very quickly and efficiently--and charged a great price. He was also very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this company.

This made my day. Got locked out of a rental car with my work bag locked in the trunk, including a computer on a 20 degree day. They came within 30 minutes and unlocked the trunk with five minutes even though the rental agency told me they wouldn't be able to open it. Would use for all of my locks!

Lost the key and no backup for my Jeep. Almost went to the dealership but called Sure lock instead. They met me right after work, right on time. Made me a set for the Jeep and I also had them make me a spare for my wife's Nissan.

These guys were amazing! They came out at night to change my locks. They were professional and prompt. Then they came out the following day to install cameras in my grooming shop and they explained everything in detail about what they were doing, and they taught me how to access the cameras when they were done. I highly recommend them. Fantastic!!

Lost my keys to my house and contacted them they were very prompt. Locksmith showed his identification and license. He made every attempt to pick lock first and not drill, damaging the lock. Were in the warm house in minutes with no damage.

Sure Lock and Key are miracle workers! They are prompt, honest, and professional, and willing to go above and beyond to help people in compromised circumstances. Daniel came to help me on a Sunday and was very precise about timing. The price he gave was beyond fair for the hard work he did. He understood that I was a student and was as accommodative as possible with the cost. Many businesses would take advantage of someone frazzled and in need of help, you can be assured that this company would never do such a thing. I highly recommend their services!

Jake was great! I called them to rekey/replace my locks after a break in and he convinced my landlord to replace the lock entirely with a better model. He was great at explaining the differences between lock types and models and why you should get a better one. They also came within 30-45 minutes of my call.
William Murphy

Tried to get an extra key for my 2010 Honda. Apparently thats a tricky thing to do because the first place I tried couldnt do it. Went to their office in New Haven and they were able to get it done. They had a magic box to program my car to listen to the new key. Hooray for these guys!
