Worst customer service. Requested same day services and scheduled a time. At time of appointment I called when no one arrived and was told I would not receive service because I had called multiple companies. Clearly in need cause my tenant was locked out, of course I called multiple people.

Mello was helpful, quick, and kind. Best price i could find for a vehicle lockout service, too, and I got 4-5 quotes. Hope to never need to, but would transact business again without a second thought.

I'm a car dealer here in deer park TX and one of my customers lost his key to his Honda Accord 2003 which is a high security sidewinder key. I was looking for a reliable local houston area locksmith company and okey dokey locksmith had the perfect online reputation I was looking for, so I called and set an appointment for a car key replacement service. The technician arrived, diagnose, reprogram the Eci and replace the remote head laser cut key on the spot and was able to start the engine on the first try.
Pricing was honest and affordable and I would definitely open a business account with them.
