Our toddler locked us out of our bathroom and they came right away. Our old Hyde Park condo had a strange lock and they had to go back to their shop three times to get the right tools which they did without complaint. When the job was finished there was a slight malfunction and they came back within 10 minutes to adjust this and make sure it was correct. We will definitely be coming back for all of our lock and security needs.

I found this business from a Yelp search. I was locked out of my storage unit. As much as I didn't want to pay to get this fixed the service was amazing. They came out within ten minutes and switched my lock. I was so happy because I really wanted to enjoy the weather. Professional, quick and great value. The price was identical to what was quoted on the phone.

Just called to requested assistance with getting a lock removed and changed, genteel act answered the phone was a complete smart A#$.basically you can do it yourself. Well I am only calling at 8:45am to get a service I was under the impression you offered. Hopefully you get someone that is more helpful than the person that answered the phone! if you not in the business of being a locksmith, change your services!

We we're ghosted! Tom requested photos of the locks we needed rekeyed, we provided. He said he would get back to us that day, nothing. Called the next day, he said that day, nothing. Called the next Monday and his coworker said Tom would get back to us, nothing. Completely unreliable. Called Chicago Locksmiths and they came the same day. Sad, wanted to support a local business, but not with that type of customer service.
